The workers I've hired are great
The workers I've hired are great. The app is good. But the Taskrabbit add on fee is expensive. In this case, it's about 1/3 of the hourly fee.

Two hour minimum is crazy.
The minimum time requirement of two hours is excessive. I am astonished that the tasks I required assistance with, which took less than an hour on both days, each resulted in a charge exceeding $140.

Couldn't tip
I tried over the course of a day to tip my Tasker but I kept getting an error page. It allowed me to rate them but not leave a tip.

Great cleaning and sweet personality
Maria was wonderful, she did a great job, and she was able to even stay longer than we anticipated to finish the cleaning, which was very appreciated. She went above and beyond, for example, she noticed my sponges were old and left us with a nice new one. Such a sweet personality as well :)

Our tasker was professional
Our tasker was professional, efficient, and very competent. In fact, we have booked another task with him. However, when I tried to use my desktop computer to review and tip him, I got an error message repeatedly. I sent a note stating this and that I wanted to tip him, but couldn’t, and I never got a response. I saved the error message on my desktop.

The first person I booked with canceled…
The first person I booked with canceled the appointment. TR suggested Duke. I didn’t realize the original day I requested changed and when he noticed he made sure to check his schedule to accommodate me. I really needed my ac unit put in for health reasons and was stressed that I would have to wait longer but he came through for me.Duke was great and very professional! I will definitely be rebooking with him! Responds fast.
