Taskrabbit US Reviews 

My tasked cancelled 4 hours before the scheduled time, but it was in the morning so I was unable to see it on time. I don't understand why Taskrabbit didn't assign me with a new tasked since they automatically assigned the first one (this was booking with IKEA). Since I saw it too late, taskrabbit cancelled my scheduled time and decided to not allow me to reschedule for today. I am extremely annoyed as I have no time this week and I don't want to make anyone work on Labor Day. Incredibly disappointed with this system and IKEA.

Our task rabbit was so nice, very competent, and did a fantastic job finishing the task in a timely manner. We were very pleased.

The service was great. The additional fee that TaskRabbit adds on top the posted rate for the service provider is ridiculous. In my case it added 30% per hour to the advertised rate. I am sure TaskRabbit is also getting part of the advertised fee, and then adds another fee on top . . . because reasons. That stinks. Whould have been one star if the service provider wasn't so good.

Landon arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and and then completed the task. He was very pleasant

Love the concept and the taskers. Hate the app. It’s almost impossible to use. The Apple os x’s cover the back arrow, so I logged out today probably 200 times. Also, you can’t see what you’re typing to describe a task to your tasker. Most frustrating app I’ve used in years. Not a good prize to win.

He is a consummate professional: very easy to work with, very accommodating to whatever comes up and an obvious desire to see that the job gets done and gets on right.

It was very easy to go to the site and find the category I needed and select the person I wanted to do the job from a large selection of ability and charges. The booking process was easy. My person was on time and ready to do the job. Communicating with him was great.

I requested assistance carrying seven heavy boxes up one flight of stairs. I found task rabbit easy to schedule and I did not have to wait several days - someone came the time and day I needed help. They were very efficient and friendly and polite.

We hired four taskers for one city, to load a truck, then four for the destination city. One of the first four cancelled just before the task. TaskRabbit “suggested” someone else but he didn’t reply (and, to be fair, the timing was short). I’m still trying to contact someone to be sure we don’t pay an hour for that proposed fill-in. Also, one of the remaining three was only available for one hour of a three hour task.

At the other side, all four showed up and were great. But, here too, one of them was only available for one hour of a three plus hour task.

On time , efficient, removed shoes, job done well and came with all necessary tools and ladder

Booking process is easy, and there is a large number of taskers

I had had two different movers cancel because their jobs were scheduled too close together . Each one had to cancel ...all on Tuesday... the day before my move! Won was the fourth choice ( I was freaking out at this point, and spending ever spare minute at work trying to last minute schedule a mover to replace each cancellation) and even though he had another job scheduled too close to mine, he accepted and never cancelled.
He actually arrived early ,due to his previous job finishing earlier than expected,which was AWESOME, because we needed more time to move my stuff anyway,and he wasn't able to stay an extra hour.
I had underestimated how spacious an extra large cargo van was, I assumed only a box truck would hold all of my stuff.
He's a very personable individual and a hard worker with top notch dollys for stairs ,etc.
