Terrible booked hotel in Charleston and when we arrived they had no record of the the booking and said Tablet was a problem

The hotel's concierge went above and beyond to help us find and book great activities. You can walk downtown, and the shuttle bus stops right in front of the hotel.

Michelin's Tablet Plus / hotels suppresses bad reviews. Whenever I book a hotel though them and the review says something negative, they don't post the review until I follow up several times (over many months). Lately they've started asking me to remove negative reviews from TripAdvisor and Google too! Very unethical. Their reviews and rankings can't be trusted at all.

The only hotel website I use. Top design hotels you would never find as quickly anywhere else online. Quality not quantity. Very easy & reliable booking process.

I know this sounds crazy but we are a 3 generational family of 11 who had a trip book at a small inn in Tuscany in June. About 3 weeks before we get a note from the Inn saying it’s not going to be open on time. I quickly emailed Tablet hotels on a Saturday with our urgent request and she immediately went to work. She came back with 3 amazing choices - luckily we found Locanda Rossa- which turned out to be the most perfect resort for all of us. A “pre-shopped” destinations that are stylish and comfortable with amazing service is what Tablet Hotels offers. Thank you again for all your help!

We have been using tablet hotels for more than two decades now. The service has almost always been prompt and the hotel suggestions have been very nice too. Its always nicer to have a curated hotel selection from someone you can trust than to go through thousands of options on an all inclusive hotel review website.

I have been a Tablet member for over a decade and I love this site. I have used it to book stays all over the world and the properties they list completely live up to the photos, descriptions, and reviews. The Tablet team is also very helpful and professional. I always refer my friends and family to Tablet. Having all of your reservations at one website is terrific for longer trips especially. I can quickly pull up a hotel number or address or confirm a booked room or date while traveling. The Tablet Plus program has also provided us some wonderful room upgrades during our travels.

I had to modify my reservation twice with the help of the hotel and they were always helpful and flexible. I was glad it worked out because my stay there was excellent. Location, ambience, comfort, and efficiency and warmth of the staff were all excellent. Great value and a great experience.

when I arrived at one of my hotels that I booked through tablet, they informed me that breakfast was not included. however, when I made the reservation it said that breakfast was included. I emailed tablet to see if they could look into it for me. they responded quickly and resolved everything! I so appreciated how tablet took care of this and I will always use them to book my hotels!

I love using Tablet because with so many hotel choices out there it is so good to know that the place you are booking has been vetted. We have absolutely loved every Tablet place we have booked. It is my go-to site for great deals and magical experiences.
