They are incompetent and they make you pay for their incompetence.

I had a problem with my coffee machine. They initially told me the issue was due to the main card, which had to be replaced. They directed me to a main card that they were selling via their website. I ordered this card, and found out that it was not compatible with my machine. Of course, it was not possible to replace it. When I contacted them again they told me that they don't have the card compatible with a coffee machine. I was surprised to hear that they don't have a replacement for a coffee machine that is less than three years old! They are supposed to be an after-sales support company. Strangely, they then asked me to pay the costs of sending the card back to them. I wasted over ten days because of their incompetence and they shamelessly made me pay for something that was their fault.

Overall, I had a terrible experience. Spareka is an awful company that I would never rely on again, and would never recommend to a friend.

Honest. I was refunded by them even though the damage was caused by a careless delivery driver who threw the parcel over the gate instead of ringing the bell!

The seal matched the broken seal and was easily installed and fixed the leaking problem

La poste took a long time to get this spare part to me, however, when it did arrive, with great help from a YouTube video, it was straight forward to install and now my bread machine works perfectly again!

I Ordered a spare piece for my dishwashers on 18/05/2025. 40 days later, I didn't receive the part, nobody answer the mailings I sent. I've asked for a reimbursement but still waitng for an answer.I stay since then without dishwashers. Very very poor customer service.

Big problem with the Spareka site which is only a platform without any added value. They only serve to send emails to their resellers asking them to respond to consumers and in the event of a dispute they do nothing. In my case the site directs to an inappropriate part reference, no response from the reseller and Spareka has been explaining to me for several days that they can only follow up with the partner who does not respond.
In conclusion SPAREKA is a platform to avoid without added value.

Well, everything was well structured which was great..my only complaint is the use of industry jargon...which we, as simple novices don't understand...qnd there is little value repeating the same industry jargon.

a suggestion maybe to develop simplified lexicon.
