Is this a scam??
I bought a spare part from this site three weeks ago.
Never showed up .
When I chased it they said to check with the neighbours then said they would investigate
Weeks later nothing but one e mail apologizing for the delay
No answers no response
Either a con or the worst customer service you will encounter
Not sure I will even get my money back
Makes you wonder who writes the other reviews on this site

Very quick and saved me from not being able to cook!

I would like not to give any stars, I ordered a drainage kits for a tumble dryer and there was a spring clamp missing , so unable to start the job . I have sent many e-mails asking for the missing part but all I get is a bot reply . There are no telephone numbers to contact them just a bot reply saying they are busy . Well it now been over 4 weeks waiting . Terrible service . Would not use again and I would advise to avoid after service is terrible .

Everything was great. Ordering was easy, communication was prompt and delivery, wow , 2 days!! Thank you Fixpart I'll definitely keep you in mind when I need something again , highly recommend.

I put the washing machine details in and ordered a part to fix my washing machine, i had to wait to get someone to come and fix it and he said its the wrong part, i contact fix part to try and return this no reply for two weeks then they said i cant return it, when i was sent the wrong part!! Discusting

Simple to locate product and complete purchase. Additional oven rack sourced and now delivered. Just as needed.

I ordered a freezer door seal for my refrigerator, using the exact reference number provided by the manufacturer to identify the correct part. I placed the order on FixPart and paid the shipping fee. Everything went smoothly up to this point.

However, when the package arrived, I discovered they had sent the wrong item—with a completely different reference number. I contacted customer support to arrange a return, but I was told that while they would accept it, I have to cover the return shipping costs. This clearly violates EU consumer protection laws. The wrong part was delivered due to a mistake on the store's end, so there is no reason I should be paying return delivery fees for their error. (I would understand covering return costs if I were returning the correct item due to my own change of mind, but that is not the case here.)

I am currently still waiting for a response from their team, and I may update or revise this review depending on the resolution, but this is my experience so far.

The return shipping costs was covered by the FixPart after a dispute. I will change my rate, but will keep the review.

I ordered a dishwasher part from Fixpart on 18 July. They claimed it was delivered on 22 July. As at 7 August, I still do not have the part and it is claimed it has been delivered. Been sending them emails without any response. Now I have to order the part from another supplier. Extremely bad service. I would not recommend them.

I wasn't sure the size of the part was correct but it stated it was a replacement for our model. When it arrived it was perfect. Thank you.

Ordered an item, which fix part incorrectly addressed, it went astray!
Have contacted the company via email on numerous occasions, requesting a refund as it is now almost a month since I placed the original order. Most of my emails have been ignored, very poor customer service, care and communication.
Very disappointing.
Placed an order with them a couple of years ago with no issues and quick turnaround. Was happy to give them a five star review at that time.

Awful. Feel like I’m being scammed. Paid and received invoice for part and a month later, no sign. No customer service response except a bot telling me they are busy. No phone number to contact and will never do this again if there is no phone support so lesson learned. Not on companies house and the terms and conditions suggest it is a Netherlands office so who knows where the items are coming from.
WIll probably have to get my money back through the bank like others have done. What a waste of time.

Non existent customer service. Tried to cancel the order 5 minutes after I’d ordered as realised I’d made a mistake - took 11 days to respond to the message by which point part had been received for a week.
Too expensive to return as it didn’t specify it was being sent from France. Wouldn’t recommend.

Poor packing standards. Fragile parts in voluminous boxes with no filling material, nicely packed in another voluminous box - causing component damage.

Good value and good website.
Piece i ordered was perfect.
I would recommend and use fixpart again

When chased on 15/04 told there was a issue with postal address and item had been returned
My business address has its own post code so no house number, still waiting now for part and no further forward.
Seems they cant deliver to business addresses for some reason? Offered to pay for shipping to my home address, still waiting for a response!

Absolute joke, my part arrived damaged. Have no signs of replacement or refund. Customer service is terrible/ pathetic as in responding once a week. Repeating same question as of dragging time?
Horrible experience, never coming back again.
