After one month
After one month , I notice a slight change in color, not whitening enough as was described in the add, although I followed all the instructions like no rinsing and using it more than time by day and after coffee.

Great products but frustrating and confusing website
Great products, but a frustrating and confusing website
The products are great and work well. However, I am very unhappy with the website, particularly when managing an existing subscription.
I wanted to buy a new toothbrush, but after going through the ordering process, I still don't know whether I actually placed an order, whether it will be delivered and when, or whether I accidentally signed up for another brush-head subscription.
I left the website frustrated, with the unpleasant impression that it is designed more to push customers into additional subscriptions than to make purchasing straightforward and transparent.
Great products deserve a much better customer experience.

Hello,
Thank you very much for your detailed feedback. We’re really pleased to hear that you’re happy with our products, even though the experience on our website left you feeling frustrated and confused.
We’re sorry that the ordering process, particularly when you already have an active subscription, wasn’t clear enough. This is certainly not the experience we want to provide, and we understand how unpleasant it is to finish an order without being completely sure whether it has gone through or whether another subscription has been added.
We would however like to clarify one point: when purchasing a new electric toothbrush, there is an “Purchase without subscription” option directly on the product page, located just to the right of the product image. This box can be selected if you simply want to purchase a toothbrush without subscribing to brush-head deliveries.
Of course, we understand that if this option wasn’t sufficiently visible or intuitive, it can easily lead to confusion. Your feedback is therefore very useful to us, and we’ll share it with our team so that we can continue improving the clarity of the purchasing journey.
If you’re still unsure whether your order was successfully placed or whether a new subscription was created, please feel free to reply directly to this message. We’ll be happy to check everything for you and clarify the situation.
Thank you again for your feedback. We’re glad the products themselves have met your expectations, and we hope we can make the website experience equally straightforward in the future.
Kind regards,
Maÿlis from MyVariations

This is not a comment on the service…
Update: My Variations have sent an excellent response (in English) to my original comment. Thanks to them for their advice on tooth care which I will try to follow. I should say that I am an older person so, after 70+ years of brushing my teeth, perhaps it takes longer to learn the technique. I will persist. Chapeau, My Variations. This is not a comment on the service from My Variations which is fine. I recently received replacement brush heads for our tooth brushes. I don’t like the style of these brush heads, small and fixed. They don’t reach some areas of my teeth. I wish My Variations made a rotating brush head which would make cleaning the whole tooth easier.

Hello Lynne,
Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re glad to hear that your experience with our service has otherwise been positive.
Regarding the brush heads, we don’t offer rotating heads because MyVariations toothbrushes use sonic technology, which works differently from oscillating-rotating toothbrushes. Rather than rotating, the soft bristles make tens of thousands of gentle sweeping movements per minute to effectively remove plaque.
With sonic technology, the brushing technique is therefore a little different: there’s no need to scrub or make large movements. We recommend gently guiding the brush from one tooth to the next, without pressing too hard or moving too quickly, allowing the vibrations to do the work.
It’s also important to remember that, regardless of the type of toothbrush you use, the areas between the teeth cannot be fully reached by a toothbrush head. Dental floss or interdental brushes are therefore recommended as a complement to brushing, ideally before brushing.
We completely understand that a rotating head may feel more intuitive if that’s what you’re used to, but we’ll certainly pass your feedback on to our product team. Thank you again for taking the time to share it!
Kind Regards,
MyVariations Team
