Steve Dollens acknowledged the invoice and requested 30 days to process the payment. However, more than 40 days have now passed, and the payment remains unpaid.
Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no response to recent emails.
We hope the company resolves this matter promptly and maintains fair and professional business practices.

terrible company
terrible company. paid for residential leads. They sent me commercial and did not filter at all. If you decide to do business with solar reviews, they will charge a premium for garbage leads. They did nothing to make it right either.

This service is very helpful for getting quick estimates and comparing different solar installers, and the tools are easy to use even for beginners. Macarthur Energy
I paid the full amount to Macarthur Energy to install a battery on the 10/9/2025, I was given 3 commencement dates during a 4-month period after the after the second date had passed, and I received no contact, I rang and told them if it was not installed by the 30 th of January, to refund my money They said they would do a pre-installation on the 7th of January never turned up rang again on the 8th said they would install on the 30th waited half a day never turned up rang them again and requested a refund and said it would take 28 days to arrange a refund .
I gave them one star for requesting the full amount and getting money out of me on a product they can't deliver

An Excellent Recommendation

Compared to some independent analysis, using AI, of course, and it was spot-on. I like the idea of being connected to qualified installers for a quote, and hope that experience is as seamless. My review is not for that portion of the transaction, of course.
