I switched to Sunlight after my previous provider stopped compounding GLP-1s. The medication from Sunlight does work. In my second shipment, they shorted me a full month of medicine for my 6-month purchase. I reached out to support to say the medication had run out and that I didn’t want to miss a week. Although they shorted me, I said I would pay for the next 6 months early so I wouldn’t miss a week of medication. They stopped responding to all my requests for help and don’t answer the phone number they publish on their site. AVOID a this place at all costs. In my experience, they are ripping off clients and don’t provide support. Go with another online provider and save yourself the headache of working with this subpar pharmacy.

I had lost 10# prior to starting Tirzepatide but was stuck and not losing. Started on 2/3/26 at 201#(BMI 38.8) I lost 17#(184#) Started with Sunlight on 4/5/26 and on 7/20/26 down to 183.8(BMI 24.9). My goal is 155-160#. I found that a dose of 1.0mg/wk works for me without debilitating constipation. The best thing is much decreased appetite. I sometimes have to remind myself to eat and get full with much less. I am very pleased with the complete history taken with Sunshine as well as the invitation to communicate with a physician should problems occur. I do exercise regularly and think a positive attitude about life, a part of which is taking good care of my body, is very important. Thank you Sunlight.

Losing weight slowly,but surely.I have mild symptoms.It does take some of the hunger out of losing weight.I do still have some cravings to eat but the cravings are more tolerable while taking this medicine.

I don't think its working. I went up a dose, The vial is empty after 2 weeks. I feel as if I am being ripped off. I'm angry and looking for another option.

Sunlight has been wonderful in regards of customer service , dr’s who actually care and stay in touch and most important , are there if you have any concerns or questions. They have been very transparent and honest with me as far as what to expect , cost, and just all around honest. I also love how I’m not just speaking to robots but I actually communicate with humans.

I enjoyed the quick response when I got my first dose. Now I am struggling to get my refill, not clear on the overall process.I just know I ran out and I just got a notification to fill out an update before they send out my new prescription. I thought it would be approved today, but it was not.So now I will be out for a few days before getting it.

All has been as promised and the weight loss has been progressing nicely.
