Very happy with my experience all round, from the help from Rita in Selfridges who pinned/measured my clothes, to the work itself carried out by Gianni. The alterations are perfect and the prices were affordable in comparison to other services in London. Having the option to have the clothes sent to my address at a small cost was a big plus too!

I have used SOJO several times for straightforward tasks such as length alterations but this time they had to altered my three maxi dresses which were quite ‘billowy’ and to retain the pockets. I picked them up and today and was very impressed with their job!Thank you Ayla for your amazing work.
It wasn’t cheap but it was worth it.
Will use SOJO again.

A bit sad they no longer have the cyclist who picks up and drops off your gear, but the selfridges desk is concenient enough for me.

Very happy with a repair to a nobody’s child dress that I wasn’t sure could be repaired as it was a difficult seam. Would 100% recommend to anyone needing repairs or alterations.

I am so grateful to Sojo, Ayla and Amy for their work on my dress! It needed a whole new zip urgently ahead of an abroad wedding and they both went above and beyond to help me. The dress looks brand new and was done quickly, being hand delivered so I had it on time (after the right colour zip took a little longer to come). Genuinely couldn’t recommend the company enough. Just had a Margaret Howell mac fixed by Marius at Sojo- got to say, when darning was suggested as the fix I was sceptical! But it looks amazing I am so impressed. TBF great communication from the team and I had confidence that they’d do a good job from the start - but it’s great to see and is a service i will use again. Thanks v much

Great service. I sent two dresses to be shortened. One was a simple job but still done to perfection. The other was complicated but also done to perfection.

Anca did a fantastic repair job on my ancient Margaret Howell x Barbour jacket, and Lara was super helpful explaining what they proposed to do and sourcing appropriate fabric. It needed multiple repairs - some of which are visible due to the nature of the damage and the fabric, but they just look really cool, but the majority (rebinding hem, cuffs, pocket edges) look as though that's how it was when I bought it. Entirely new lease of life for my much-loved jacket.
