I'm trying to contact you for days now... no update on my order! Impossible to call you!!! please answer to my emails otherwise give me my money back... this looks like a fraude....

its been 2 weeks and my order hasn’t arrived…

They aren't paying anyone, costumers or suppliers! Be very careful with anything you do!

I ordered two pairs of laces from Sneakerhype, and while the shipping took a bit longer than expected, I’m really happy with my purchase. I have Been trying to email you for days and no answer & tried calling but your number isn’t available

I’m writing this if you can resend the order confirmation to another email address because I didn’t receive order confirmation to my original email due to technical issues

And I want to know if my order has been shipped

Your customer service is very poor

The order was not delivered. The letters were not answered.
After 1 month, I received the letter that I would receive my order within 4 days.
That was a lie too.
In the end, they canceled the order, citing that I asked for it - this is not true. The money was not returned.

48H means 2 business days and even so they don’t deliver in time
Since I placed the order till the product arrived at the pickup point took 5 days.
And now after not picking up the parcel because in the meantime i bought from another store, they won’t return the money and ask me to go and pick it up only to return it.
Subpar customer experience

I did not receive a tracking number or any form of email when I messaged the company. Any suggestion of what I can do please?

My order nr. ORDS30024 from 25.11.2024 has yet to be dispatched, i did not receive a tracking number and nobody is answering on email. This is unacceptable for a pair of over 400$.
