I bought a pair of Asics Gel Kayano running shoes at a very good price. These were delivered promptly, in perfect condition. However, I was tempted to rate you at only 4 stars (instead of 5) because, for the first 24 hours after the purchase, it seemed that I was being improperly charged NJ sales tax. I emailed you about it, and you properly clarified the situation, although it took more than 24 hours to receive your reply. On the whole, however, I am very satisfied with the purchase experience.

Please do not buy clothes or shoes or anything from us. They are robbing us own American. They will not give money back or exchange and clothes mostly fake for i always wore same size shoes but there will not fit me and I'm out 70 dollars. Plus was 4 days late. Please do not support them just save 10 dollars. This has to stop

Wow what a great value, I guess looking around for quilt Black Carhart in August was an excellent deal. Free Shipping in a fair delivery time, who could ask for a more perfect shopping experience.

I’m not a bargain shopper and definitely don’t trust random websites. I was in Dillards where I usually buy my dress shoes. I checked the pair and usual brand I want online. I came across Snagged and Bagged which had the shoes for about $70 less. I took the gamble. Today I received the shoes. They are the exact same with the two sets of shoe laces in the brand box. I inspected the soles figuring they would be scuffed. They are not. They are new. Very happy with my purchase. I will shop Snagged and Bagged again.

Came ahead of schedule and all is good

The dress is beautiful, fits perfectly, was on sale and delivered in a timely fashion!

I ordered a dress from Snagged and Bagged. Total cost was $177. They lost the parcel and will not issue me a refund or store credit. Do Not Order from them

Shoes arrived in perfect condition & in 3 days!!

They took my money have sent 10 emails with a generic response. My item has been sitting for over a week. You can’t call you can’t talk to a person. This company is a SCAM SCAM SCAM. I will make sure everyone knows what your company is.

I was very disappointed in my purchase. It was a blouse that didn’t look defective, but was definitely defective in sizing of cuffs on sleeve. 2 1/2 inches larger than 1 size down. No returns. Defective items should definitely be returnable. Not good customer service.

I looked at several sites for this particular shoe. I have a couple pairs of these but not this color.
I was very happy to see them on your site at a price that was quite a bit lower than other sites. I also got a deal through ID.me so that was an added bonus.
I ordered them on the 16th and was to be delivered on the 22nd. I received them on the 19th!! Awesome!

I saw the dress in another shop where they were asking way too much (almost $100 more)!! Ordered it and it arrived in four days and is just what I wanted.

They sold a product they didn’t have - after radio silence and an expected delivery date 10 days out, they cancelled the order after a week with no updates other than we don’t have that item. Pretty lame way to waste a week for an item that doesn’t actually exist. Lame service, lame business model. Just another middle man
