Just got my order and I’m beyond happy, beautiful dresses!!
Two of the dresses run a little big but not too much and the non stretchy dress is a perfect fit!!
And ofc beautiful packaging, can’t wait to order again!!!

Good customer service, respond quickly with satisfaction answers. however, the shipping is long, took about 3weeks and half to receive the parcel.

I ordered a CoOrd set for our son's wedding. I had measured for a size small. When the set arrived the skirt was fine but the top was very small.
I contacted the company and asked if it would be possible to exchange just the top. They responded very quickly and set the exchange in motion. I was quite pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service.
The outfit is beautifully made, tailored yet dressy. I look forward to receiving the larger top and wearing the set at the wedding.

I had a great experience with Sierra Darien! The products are beautiful and the quality is excellent. I initially wanted to return my item because of the sizing—not because of the quality. I really loved the overall style and quality of the product.

Their customer support was also wonderful. We communicated and were able to work everything out, and I truly appreciate how helpful and understanding they were.

My order was placed accidentally through Shop with the wrong size. Their policy said that if you emailed customer service to cancel an order within the first 24 hours, the order would cancel with no fees etc. So I emailed within the first 5 minutes, then multiple times afterwards. They went weeks with no response, then after the dress arrived and I emailed again they said my emails were going to junk so they hadn’t seen them. I had to argue with them nonstop for weeks to get the return address, as they kept offering me 50% off next purchase, free delivery next purchase, etc. instead of a return with a refund. Once they finally agreed to send the return address, the shipping was half the price of the dress, so around £40 which they told me I would have to pay, along with around £7 in restocking fees. Also, they would only offer a 60% refund. Meaning I was getting nearly no money back for sending back a dress that was the wrong size and horrible quality. Filed for a dispute with my bank, but Sierra Darien filed against it. The quality is so cheap and sheer, the customer service is abysmal, and the prices are too high for the overall experience.

Dress material very calitative and beautiful but I find difficult the Return because of the Summer sale. Customer service very good and replies quick. And the have beautiful dresses but a little high price

Although the dress i ordered did not work for me sizewise, customer service was efficient and clear as far as refund instructions and options for exchange. The dress material was of excellent quality!

True to size and quality! Beautiful dress. Perfect amount of stretch to hug and flatter my body.

I ordered 1 dress not realising this was Chinese and would take 3 weeks to arrive. I could tell it would not arrive in time for my 40th birthday party so I sent many emails, trying to cancel the order before they have even posted, but obviously they say things like “it is being made”, “it is being processed” As if each dress is made bespoke to order!

Once the dress arrived too late, I emailed straight away to get the returns address, knowing that I would need to pay about £10 to send back to China but I wanted my £110 back. I think we sent 6 emails back and forth, me asking clearly for the address to post back, all the while the 14 days return is wasting away.

Finally after them requesting pictures of the dress and reasons I am sending back, they tell me that things in the “summer sale” are non-refundable. I didn’t even realise I had bought it in a summer sale, and am dubious whether there is EVER a time that they are not in “sale” just so that they can use this excuse not to refund. They offered me 15% store credit, but obviously I will never buy from them again and you shouldn’t either!

This is not the only Chinese company using these methods of: ignoring emails, not giving the return address, giving multiple return addresses to confuse you, using random Sales as a means to never refund. Do not buy from DUNTERY or LUME DE LABEL either!

I refused a package because I wasn’t able to pick it up, as it took far too long. Unfortunately, they are no longer responding to my emails regarding the refund! It has been more than a month. I’m sorry I didn’t read the reviews.

I love this brand because they are so elegant and closely curated to this particular style. I found an amazing deal on JW pei bags that were on sale. Even though UPS damaged my shipment and items, customer service made it right and were very quick and easy to work with. Overall sad about my shipment but super happy with how the company handled it.

Extremely fast shipping and my dress looks amazing!! Got so many compliments on vacation. I will order from here again!

Customer service was absolutely lovely. I ordered a dress but unfortunately it was small in size and they managed to replace it without any extra costs. They were super kind and respectful as well as timely.

I’ve had a very bitter experience with this company.
I purchased 3 dresses to consider for my daughter’s wedding. They came via China and took about 2 weeks. Unfortunately the fit wasn’t right - one of the dresses really didn’t look like the website photos.
I decided to return within the statutory window and contacted the Customer Service email within a day of receipt.
I’d paid £370 for the dresses in the summer sale.
I have been told that no refunds are available for sale products - only exchange or store credit.
I would never have bought the dresses if this was clear. Their website at the time of purchase stated that the nil refund policy applied to final sale goods which these were not labelled as!
In any event they are bound by UK online consumer regulations.
The company has chosen to completely ignore the references to UK law and I’m being forced to make a bank chargeback claim.
A highly upsetting and frustrating experience.

I ordered a dress from here after deciding if it was worth it based of the mixed reviews on here, which I should’ve listened to my gut.

Bought for races that I had on the 7th August ordered on the 28th July heard no updates till after my races. Tried to email and cancel before shipping to save them the hassle of fees etc but was told to wait till my item had arrived.

Order arrived finally, but because was no longer needed I requested a refund straight away. Was told that I wouldn’t be eligible for a refund due to buying this item in the summer sale. I have had to contact them again to say I no longer have any interest in buying anything in the future and that in my picture the item is clearly unopened from the box and brand new! Good as new for a new customer so it doesn’t go to waste!

£123.28 out of pocket now and a dress that I’m never gonna wear. No help or support at all - I’ve been left to deal with by myself.

I spent around $500 on four dresses from Sierra Darien and was disappointed across the board . Cheap, low-quality material that felt uncomfortable to wear and ran untrue to size. Looked nothing like the pictures when worn. Nowhere near worth the price.

Getting the return started was its own ordeal, it took 13 emails just to get a return address out of them, which ate up much of the return window. Once returned, the dresses were delivered back well within Sierra Darien's stated timeframe, but my follow-up emails about the refund went unanswered. Only after their own refund window of 10 days had passed with no response did I file a dispute through my bank.

From there it got worse. I received conflicting communications, including a payment request alongside threats for an amount HIGHER amount than what was actually ever owed, and a claim that the dispute was "closed" when my bank confirmed it was still open, so i would pay through a link instead of reversing my bank dispute. I was contacted repeatedly about a outstanding balance that my amazing bank actually confirmed they received the funds, and were still threatening me for more money. They were trying to steal more money from me, by threatening me into paying through shady links.

For $500, I expected far better on every front. I regret not reading the existing reviews first. If you order anyway, keep every record of your return and every email, you may need them. And if u need more than my word im happy to show you my 3 month long thread of emails with Sierra Darien :)

DO NOT ORDER !!!!!!!!!!!! Customer service shocking and don’t offer your money back !!!!!! NEVER AGAIN
