My customer care experience with Allison the customer care rep was exceptional. She offered me a very reasonable credit of 50% of my purchasing I decided to keep the dress I ordered. Each email was detailed, precise, timely, and I knew exactly what she was offering based upon her clear writing skills. I accidentally received the wrong size with my order, which was disappointing at first. However, the customer service team handled the situation quickly and professionally. They provided me with store credit and made the process easy. While I wish the correct size had been sent initially, I appreciate how they resolved the issue and their willingness to make things right.

Hugely way out on Size and returns process feels more like a scam! Quality was dreadful. Very difficult returns process - very stressful! Cost me £50 between the restocking fee and shipping to the US.

Ordered 2 items . Shipping time is about a week if not a bit more . One item I loved , looked exactly like on the picture. The other didn’t look anything like what they advertised, however I complained and they swiftly responded and offered to refund me straight away which was great !

Obsessed with my polka dot co-ord!

I received my polka dot skirt and top and I am so in love — the fabric is lovely, the fit is perfect, and it looks even better in person than in the photos!
What stood out most was the amazing customer service: they kept me updated every step of the way with my order, checked in to make sure everything was okay, and were so helpful and polite whenever I had questions. Delivery was fast and everything arrived neatly packaged. I ordered in July and wanted this for my holiday in July and it came so fast.
I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the whole experience. I'll definitely be ordering again and recommending Sierra Darien to everyone!

I ordered 700$ worth of items. Size M. I reveived items with medium tags on it but I couldn't slip them on. They were Extra small. The sizes are not to be trusted and Customer service cannot verify what size would fit me. Considering this and the high cost of return to US, restocking fee, deduction etc... this site is not recommended and not trusted to deliver the purchased items

RUN!! From beginning to end this experience was a horrifying nightmare! First of all, it took like two YEARS *hyperbole* to get to me. They mentioned something on the website about this immaculate packaging. That it looks like a luxurious Christmas present—even showed an example. Complete HOGWASH. Came bubble wrapped in sloppier condition than I’ve ever had SHEIN deliver. 🙄 The dress was gorgeous on the website and I was so excited to wear it. Guess what? SURPRISE! The sizing of the dress and removable cape (selling point) were not even close to being TTS. I can’t speak too poorly of the garment material, but what difference does THAT make when you can’t even wear the dang thing!? I requested a refund, and believe it or not, things got progressively WORSE. Their return policy is a joke, at BEST. You are responsible for shipping and a restocking fee! That reeks of a company with poor customer satisfaction with the product, and thereby a high volume of returns!!
They received my return. However, it’s been a week (maybe more) and they STILL have not returned my short-changed funds to my account. I’m shaking I’m so furious.
The mention of their name makes me nauseous. 🤮 The worst thing about ratings on the internet is that they haven’t discovered a way to give ZERO STARS! 🤬

The fabric quality is excellent, and the style is beautiful. I'll will definitely buy again.

I absolutely love the clothing.

The items received from the replacement order has the same fit as the items from first order and just the tag is changed. Customer Service is not helpful, 9 days passed already and they didn't answer to my return request. I don't recommend their service.
