Zero response to email regarding order
My order was rejected due to a card issue, and when I emailed to make another option no one responded to my email.
I had to then order from another company, so I was not satisfied at all.

Very happy
Was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my product came; Made the $55 shipping cost well worth it, however i never did get any kind of tracking info until UPS let me know if had a delivery coming. Was easy enough to assemble. Did most of it by myself, had a little help from the husband at the end.

Happy with the glass chair mat product
I have received today (3/26/26) the glass office chair mat that I ordered 8 days ago. So, the delivery time was indeed within the norm for a non-rush delivery. However, the order status communications experience after I made the purchase could be improved a great deal.
After receiving a confirmation of my order being received within a matter of hours of placing the order, I didn't receive any further email or text communication about status of the order shipping or when it would be delivered until I called Customer Service to find out 5 days after placing the order. I was then told it was to be delivered on that very day I called (3/24). So, I had no advance notice to ensure I could be home to receive it. However, the delivery company missed that day and it was rescheduled for 2 days later.
So, the "order status communication experience" did not meet the expectation of what is now the norm for online orders. However, in the end, I did receive the product one week after placing the order, which is pretty good for no-fee normal ("non-rush") delivery.
