Customer service ignoring emails
We ordered an out of stock mattress after customer service had told us that the mattress would have plenty time to restock and be delivered to us, before a trip. This was false, and we had to resort to another solution ahead of our trip. Throughout the waiting period (more than a month), customer service regularly ignorered emails, and when they answered they repeatedly responded that shipment should soon happen. Now, when trying to cancel the order and process the refund - which they told us ahead of time would be fine - customer service is yet again either not responding or extremely slow. Their behavior is exceedingly seeming fraudulent. I recommend avoiding doing business with this company.

The screen protector is good, installation is not complicated, but the packaging of the protector itself is unacceptable. Further more it was shipped in a soft large envelope. The results are:it arrived with a dent on the main screen protector. It is really sad, because the product itself is good, but the end result sucks!

Very low quality, no-name Chinese sun protection for Tesla sunroof, they did not even bother to stick their own logo on it. No instructions on how to install, size mismatch everywhere, reflective layer flutters while driving. Website has only old instructions. I could have ordered the same for a fraction of the price from Temu or Alibaba. Extremely disappointed. They also did not answer my email before purchase.

Product quality is good. It fits well in the car too. It all needs a bit of setting after you put it in.

The only negative is that it took a while to get to us. In this day and age you'd expect it would take a few (business) days but it was weeks. If I had to do it all over again I'd order it a few weeks earlier so it would arrive around the time the car arrived.
