Cooking directions on container was wrong.
Cooking directions on container for spareribs said pin oven and heat for ? Minutes. We followed directions and, as we have done on previous orders from Shefs, put the black container into the oven and set the correct temp and time. When done we found that the container melted around the food and we had to throw it out. That was an unforgivable mistake.

The food quality at Shef is top rate! I’ve tried other services and they did not compare. They offer a wide variety of gluten free meals too and reasonably priced for what you get. I find the portion size to be generous on most meals and I can split a single dinner with my fiend and we are both satisfied. I like some meals better than others but that comes down to personal preference and not quality related. Highly recommend.
