I received my food on time on the day promised, it was carefully packed and insulated so the food remained fresh and cool. I am happy with the meals, so delicious, and a full serving. I just feel I will save a bit more going back to cooking my own meals.

My order was misdelivered again
My order was misdelivered again. This time I was unable to retrieve my order.
It seems like every week there's an issue, and this mostly comes down to instructions not being followed, and the package being left in an area where it gets stolen.
Likely, this is due to overworking of delivery drivers, but the end result is that we don't get our order.
I'm not going to continue with this service as it's not worth the aggravation. I hope you manage to either find a more reliable delivery partner, or resolve the issues with order delivery.

Packaging is poor
Packaging is poor. Couple of items I am not sure are kept at appropriate temperature as cooling elements shifted and food items barely cool

1 order was cancelled by the chef. I got on to chat 30 minutes after receiving the email and i was told i had no option to replace it. I need the meals…Ive been very sick and cant cook. that sucked big time. I dont care for an apology, do better.
