Ordered a riser kit and new lid for my septic tank and it showed up in a few days with everything I needed. The guy on the phone actually knew what he was talking about when I asked about sizing. Installed it that weekend and it fit like it should.

I ordered a control panel from Septic Solutions. I initially had some issues with an override float not activating. When I reached out to customer service, their initial reaction was to quickly blame it on the float. Since I didn't buy a float from them.them, I explained that I had a new float, and so after sharing with them that the float worked on their pump switch, and that the float was actually getting power, we came down to troubleshooting it. But it shouldn't have taken them to point the finger at me to do this. That's not how customer service is done.

But getting to the heart of the matter after, they did help me through this, which I give them credit for. A few days late, I chatted back with them to let them know that I was seeing residue in the alarm cover. They again quickly blamed it on me for not installing correctly even after I sent them pictures. I discovered during the chat that I was actually chatting with one of the owners, Jodi. That was so sad, because you would think owners would be all about customer service. Jodi wasn't. All I was asking for was 2 additional bolts to secure the front door panel tight enough to remove the small gap where the moisture could get through on left side of the door. Bottom line, instead of trying to work with me to resolve the issue, this was her response to say they have never had an issue: "If you are seeing residue, it's not from the panel. Whatever you are seeing seems to be more of an installation issue. Again, this panel cannot be shipped until it passes the Nema 4X inspection. We have sold this panel for 20+ years with the 2 bolts installed that it comes with and don't see any issues at all with it."

Really? Just because you have never had an issue, there is always a first. That is why the old saying "Never say Never". I have learned the hard way, go elsewhere when purchasing from these folks, because they believe so much in their product that it could "Never" be their issue. So much for their websites fake claims of and I quote "Our very experienced staff can readily answer your questions and point you in the right direction to ensure you get the products you need and that they will work for your application". I guess getting my product to work was an exception. Hope you won't be the next exception.

Easy to order, arrived quickly, the exact correct item I needed.

I called Septic Solutions and the lady was very knowledgeable on all the product offerings and was able to quickly find me an alternative pump to replace the one that failed that had been discontinued. Was also able to place an order and the pump was delivered the following day.

I was unable to return a repair kit due to the gasket seals were bent and would not straighten out. I tried to make it work but was unable to so I called and asked if I could replace it and the lady said no bc I had opened it. Lost $85.00.

Ordering was easy once I found I didn't have to "build" my set piece by piece. I was amazed that the delivery was so fast. I placed the order on 09/16, it arrived today, 09/18. I inventoried the delivery. Everything was there. More than enough ss Phillipps screws, although short 8 hex drive ss cover screws. The extra Phillipps will make up the difference.
