Their app constantly breaks and is full…

Their app constantly breaks and is full of bugs still.

In addition, their hardware isn't easily expandable (storage), new equipment may only be installed by licensed partners and there are none available. They really seem to be trying very hard not to have customers and not to delight existing ones.
We have a SENEC.Homev3 and the small wallbox. Solar surplus charging works sometimes, sometimes not. Sometimes we are pulling kWs from the grid even though solar is there. The app doesn't update live, it seems only every 15 min, but pretends to be live. Horrible.
A Tesla or Anker system just works, plug & play, expand by just adding another one.
