The quote process was fine. Very professional and comprehensive. it was the after actions that were disappointing as we chose not to go with them but another supplier. We received an email asking for feedback on the salesman. I answered with some general information. A week later I received a phone call asking the same quetions. When i mentioned one aspect about the installation we went with the lady indicated that we should be watchful about one aspect to do with 2 phase power and backups as the system might not work properly or something like that. Thats when i stopped listening. What right did she have to question our decision! So just be careful if you do say no to the quote that this is not the end of their involvement with you

The delivery of the services progressively failed, the solar could not be delivered, the battery was not available despite requesting us to install a concrete pad.
Disappointed in the experience, deal with them cautiously

We experienced significant issues after our solar and battery installation, including outages and system faults. While problems can happen with any install, the most disappointing part of the experience was the poor post-install support.

Communication was slow, follow-ups were inconsistent, and there were long periods where we received little to no response despite ongoing issues and the seriousness of being left without power. That level of after-sales support was far below what should be expected for a critical home power system.

To their credit, the team has now worked with me over the past few weeks and the technical issues have been resolved.

My overall experience was mixed: the final outcome was positive, but the post-install service and responsiveness need major improvement.

I bought a complete system in April 2024 and the installation was smooth. Only afterwards all problems startet. The system was not registered in the system and up to now, 18 month after the initial start, i still did not receive any payment. 1KOMMA5° blames the grid oberster, but in reality it was them who force to change to Solandeo.

⚠️ Review / Complaint – Extremely Poor Service and Lack of Support
I had solar panels installed by this company on two investment properties, and the experience has been terrible from start to finish.
The price changed several times before installation, and even after booking installation days, no one showed up as scheduled. When the panels were finally installed in February 2025 and passed inspection, I never received any paperwork, warranties, or documentation.
Worse still, the company has never lodged the paperwork with my electricity provider (Powercor) to register the solar system on my roof. Despite sending over 10 emails and making more than 20 calls, I have received no follow-up, no response, and no resolution. On the rare occasion I manage to reach someone, they promise to call back but never do.
I have now lodged formal complaints with both the ACCC and the Energy Ombudsman in the hope of getting this matter resolved. This has been an extremely disappointing and stressful experience.
Avoid this company at all costs.

I contacted this Company in March, paid 50% deposit for the installation of solar panels and a car charger and now it is the 2 July and still nobody has come to do the installation. I have been given installation dates and times, taken the time off work, even cancelled a weeks holiday and nobody arrived or even contacted me to say they were not coming. I am now trying to get a refund.

Kaan is a great sales person. Transparently explained all details and informed us about all costs and necessities. He is kind and supportive. Also guiding perfectly. Today we decided to proceed with 1komma5grad company and applied for a credit already. Thanks for providing a proactive and realistic sales person! Also knows technical details deeply about his job.
