Overall a very positive experience with room for improvement in local coordination
Overall, the installation of our Enpal heat pump went smoothly, and I am very satisfied with the result and with the support provided throughout the project.
One aspect I would particularly like to highlight is the excellent support from Frau Pietzker at Enpal. She was very helpful, responsive and supportive whenever questions or organisational issues came up.
There are, however, a few areas where I believe Enpal could improve the overall customer experience. In particular, I would prefer if the necessary groundwork/excavation work (Erdarbeiten) were organised directly by Enpal as part of the project. Finding and coordinating a suitable local contractor independently can be difficult, especially for customers with demanding jobs, and there is also a general shortage of available tradespeople in many areas.
I would also appreciate having a local Enpal representative or project coordinator visit the site at least once during the installation. While digital coordination is convenient, managing such a large technical project entirely remotely also has disadvantages. Having someone locally available to coordinate between the customer, Enpal and the installation teams could make the process even smoother.
The installation teams themselves worked well. Many of the workers came from different countries, which is absolutely not a problem, but occasionally language barriers made detailed technical communication somewhat difficult. Better on-site coordination or a designated person who can communicate clearly with both the customer and the installation team would therefore be helpful.
Apart from these points, my experience has been very positive. The project was completed smoothly, the people involved were helpful, and I am very happy with the support I received from Enpal.

All staff were polite and tried to help. Especially the project/installation manager was very competent and helpful.
Room for improvement: there is not ONE contact of a project/installation which is directly contactable by phone. That means that one needs to contact via multiple calls to AI or emails which leads friction and doubling up of tickets which is not efficient and defies the purpose. My strong advise: have ONE project manager who can be contacted via phone to save time and money.
It is obvious that Enpal tries to improve the reputation of being quick and dirty by sending trainers with the installation teams to ensure the standards. One trainer Mr. Schmidke, I like to mention as he was not happy with the standard of the cabling and had the on-site team to rectify their job. He is dedicated and motivated to leave only after having completed a high standard job. Well done!
All in all - I do recommend Enpal

A contractual issue is not displayed correctly in the app (optimizing energy purchasing status). After 8 month I aksed for resolution. First answers always were sales bla bla bla and not helpfull, which caused a 1 start asessment from my side. I found it positively, that the customer quality team followed up on the negative asessment and what the issue was, which will now ne followed up.
