My experience with Sell That Cell was a 5 star, they provided a prepaid label to mail my phone in , gave me an estimate and were very quick after they received my phone at giving me the final estimate . I received an email to accept or decline , could not have been easier , I was very impressed at the service , will recommend to others

All the reviews about the customer service being amazing are true. The staff, specifically Carder W, were responsive and understanding.

The entire process was easy. I gave them information about the phone and received a quote quickly. They emailed a return address to print. I dropped it off at the post office. A couple of days after they received it, I was notified that they were accepting the phone at the previously agreed price. The amount was deposited into my PayPal account.

Fast communication, easy shipping, sent the payment over Venmo quickly. Got the best price compared to multiple other sites for my old iPad. No hassle at all. Will definitely be using again.

super easy process :) wanted to get rid of my old airpods i accidentally put through the washer. no one else would take them and i wanted to ensure they'd go towards a better purpose.
