Dropshipping, all from China!

Impossible to change the size of an article. Email exchanged with SchulteMode are answered by a looking like powerfull AI, very polite but without any concrete solution proposed. I wasted too much time without any progress. I deeply regret having trusted this site/companie. I just can advise, at all cost, not to deal with them.

I ordered a bodysuit to go under my wedding dress, but I was sent the wrong color. I contacted customer service and they said they’d send me another one, but they couldn’t guarantee that it would arrive before my wedding. I wasn’t comfortable with this, so I requested a full refund, but they responded by saying I had to pay to send it back. This isn’t fair because it wasn’t my mistake, so customer service is reviewing my case, but I still haven’t heard back. I’m so disappointed in this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Beware of this company. After 3 weeks I received a Turtle-neck t-shirt white(L) and one in black (XL) to test size placing a larger order. The T-shirts received are useless and by far too wide in the top flopping around the neck. Quality may be what it is, but if known it was produced cheaply in China (not Europe) I would NEVER have purchased them! Biggest SCAM yet: If you want a refund you have to return the items to Zhejiang China at your own expense not the German company you bought them…

Poor quality, poor fit and returns are as expensive as the order was in the first place.

I ordered shoes size 48. When they arrived they were not size 48 they are 46 maximum and very poor quality. Now to get a refund I have to return the goods to China at my expense. This is unacceptable This company pretends to be European but is a fraud.
