bench scale showed up fast and accurate
Ordered a digital bench scale for my shop and Scales Plus had it to me in about three days. It was accurate right out of the box and the guy I emailed about the power adapter answered the same day. Easy order overall and I would buy from them again.

Do not pay for priority shipping
I paid for priority shipping but did not receive the item until a week later. I did not receive a refund. I am sure they have the best intentions but they are resellers, without inventory. Shipping is out of their control.

The shipping method selected at checkout covers how quickly the package travels once it ships, and some of our items ship directly from the manufacturer, which can add time before it goes out. Hi Erin, thank you for your patience. I apologize that our previous emails were vague; we wanted to be sure of the issue before confirming.
It looks like the manufacturer accidentally omitted the suite number on the original shipping label, causing the package to be returned to them. We sent a replacement shipment on 1/9. The good news is that it is currently Out for Delivery according to UPS and should arrive today! Please let us know if you don't receive it by this evening.

Setting up billing was cumbersome
Setting up billing was cumbersome. Ended up using a credit card which didn't appear to be an option before placing the order.
Prices were great and shipping was prompt.
