Need to make set up more user friendly
Never used a till of this nature and I don’t know what I am doing. You need different levels of help. I am sure some people find this easy but I don’t, although I have a technical theatre degree, so am very used to programming desks. I have reached out for help and hear nothing back. Frustrating because I would imagine if I could use it and get the value for money that I have spent on it, the review would be better.

Bad user experience
Which support team has been in touch with me? Because I have not received any communication from your support team addressing my issue. I have been the one repeatedly attempting to contact SumUp through your support channels and have received the same generic responses each time. Please provide the date and details of the communication you are referring to, because I have clearly not received the assistance you claim has already been provided.
