I have cancelled my subscription and they have kept charging me, i contacted them and got no reply. I could not connect to website anymore, i wrote to cancel subscription and am now being charged additional 2 months on top. Also the ads are not verified and most outdated.

En proberen geld van je te vissen, voordat je het door hebt. Waardeloze website. Je krijgt geen bevestiging van je opzegging, je moet dan een mail sturen. En wat ze doen is, ze willen je laten betalen voor de volgende maand. Ze sturen geen herinnering of signaaltje over het einde van de trial. Het stomme is dat er wel een factuur voor je klaar staat, maar dat je geen actieve Premium account heb. Heb direct melding gemaakt bij fraude helpdesks. Ik wacht nog steeds op antwoord van Rentola over het einde van de lidmaatschap en het annuleren van hun malafide opgestelde openstaande factuur.
Never use this. They're scammers. They provide you with unclear information about your membership and subscription and unclear information about what is needed to cancel your account in time. They try to get your money, before you even know it. Useless website/portal. You don't even get a confirmation of your cancellation (deliberately so). They force you to e-mail them about the confirmation. And what they then do, is that they want to get you to pay for the next month. They don't send a reminder or any heads up about the end of your trial period. The funny thing is, they do bill you even if you have cancelled, but your Premium account is stopped once you cancel it yourself on the website. I instantly filed my complaint with several fraud helpdesks. I am still awaiting Rentola's reply about their correct confirmation of the end of the subscription and their reply about cancelling their malevolent billing.

i signed up for a free trial however i am unable to cancel. i have requested a reset my password many times, no emails received and now i am being charged when the site did not allow me to cancel int he first instance. This is not my error but theirs and there is no way of contacting anyone to resolve this. Their email info@rentola is automated,yet they are details provided to contact them.. how does that work? There is no phone number and nothing else of use. I do not want this matter to escalate and need my account cancelled ASAP. This is a nightmare. Can anyone advise what organisation they can be reported to as this appears to be an ongoing problem.

Very concerned that this is a scam as I paid the $2 to get in touch with a landlord for a rental. After paying, I was sent to the real listing posted by a real estate company which was in fact selling the house. The rentola add was misleading. I have tried to cancel my subscription but cannot log in to do so as my details are “incorrect” when I am definitely using the right log in details. Do not purchase the subscription to this website I do believe it to be a scam to get money off people who cannot log in to cancel their subscription. This is terrible

Big scam and big joke.
1 star because it’s not possible to rate as 0. BIG SCAM. You are not able to apply for most of the properties, sometimes it gets stuck by any reason. Besides, when you want to cancel it says that’s not possible and you still have to pay even during the trial period.
If you do not pay they send the amount to a collection agency. Big joke jajaja

I had a terrible experience with Rentola, and I strongly advise others to stay away from this company. I signed up for their one-week trial, paying €1 as advertised, but I canceled the subscription well before the trial period ended. Despite this, they attempted to charge me €39 for a subscription I had already canceled.
Their subscription model feels like a deliberate scam. They lure you in with the trial, hoping you'll forget to cancel, and then make it incredibly difficult to avoid being charged. Even after canceling, they tried to take money from my account, which is unacceptable and unethical.
Customer service is nonexistent, and they make no effort to resolve the issue or acknowledge their fault. I had to threaten legal action to get them to take my complaint seriously.
Rentola is dishonest, unreliable, and preys on unsuspecting customers. Don’t fall for their false promises—it’s just a trap to get your credit card details and charge you for a service you didn’t agree to. Worst experience ever!

Can you stop this debit alert attempts on my account please. I am not interested in subscribing further as I have been in touch with you twice and you stated all your properties are not available to let for this year. It's a notorious platform which phish customers to subscribe for free for a trial period and then without bringing any results, it forces for automatic renewals. I cancelled within the first trial period, but the company still charged me for 39 euro of subscription for the first month. For such 39 euro, they involve a payment collection third party, and the charge increased to 80 euro. Never use this platform.

The subscription begins with a trial period at a reduced price — an introductory offer designed to give you time to evaluate the service. After this period, the subscription automatically continues at the standard rate unless it is cancelled before the trial ends.
Once a subscription is cancelled, no further charges occur. If you have been charged after cancellation, it may relate to a billing period that was already active before the cancellation took place, or there may have been a second subscription registered under a different email address. Situations like this should always be reviewed individually to clarify what occurred.
