I’m very disappointed with my experience. I’ve tried the coffee three times and haven’t noticed any of the advertised benefits. I haven’t enjoyed it, and I don’t want to continue.
The most frustrating part is how difficult it has been to cancel my subscription. I’ve tried through your website and contacted support, but I still haven’t received confirmation that it’s canceled. The process keeps sending me in circles.
I have now unlinked PayPal to prevent future automatic payments. Please cancel my subscription immediately, stop all future shipments, and confirm the cancellation by email. I do not want a discount, a pause, or a replacement.

It may take up to four weeks of consistent use to notice a difference and up to 70 days to experience the full effect. You may not notice significant changes after a short time or with inconsistent use.
If you still have some product left, you could try using it consistently and having two cups a day to see whether you notice more benefits.
And as an apology for the inconvenience this has caused, especially since you had trouble canceling your subscription, we'd love to refund your most recent order. That said, can you share your order ID or the email address you used to make the purchase?
