First of all I love this product and the customer service is top notch!
First of all I love this product. My favorite is the mild flavor. I’ve been with Everyday Dose for a long time now. Almost 3 years.
I had to switch from drinking regular coffee due to the acidity. Issues with my esophagus.
I have not had any more issues since drinking the mild Everyday Dose.
There were a couple times where I had to contact customer service.
Once because the product was delivered with damaged packaging.
The customer service was super fast and replaced my order with a new shipment.
And the second time was recently.
I had ordered the hoodie from the new merchandise and totally forgot to put my special discount in. It didn’t take long for Sophie from customer service to respond and investigate the issue. I got my discount refunded the next day.
I love this product and I love the customer service! Thanks again Sophie!

I have had nothing but positive…
I have had nothing but positive experience with everyone on the customer service team. Especially Matheus. Anytime I have a question or email about my order it is responded to rapidly and kindly. I don't normally ever reach out for help because most customers service places just don't care but that's not the case with everyday dose. Anyone that talked to from their customer service team has been amazing which is nice because I really enjoy this amazing coffee

Best for ADHD!
I've been a loyal drinker for over two years. I have converted a few friends, and now, my three children beg for it every morning! It's such a low amount of caffeine, and since we are all ADHD, that actually gives us just enough of a morning boost but also helps our brains focus. I also love the nootropics, L-Theanine, and probiotics that all support neurotransmitters and nerve functioning.
Recently, I got an email from Beatriz, telling me that my shipment was delayed and she was immediately dispatching a new shipment ASAP. I was so grateful, because I didn't even realize that I was almost out! I love my daily cup, so having this taken care of in advance was amazing! Thanks so much Dose & Beatriz--keep being awesome! 💜💜💜

This is not only a great product, but a great company as well. I have been a customer for over three years.Customer service is exceptional! I do not say that lightly, emails are literally answered within the hour, there are real people on the other side of a phone! I have been drinking Everyday Dose for some years now, I love the taste, i just add a bit of heavy whipping cream, little sweetener, and it makes my morning without the jitters and upset stomach, every time I have ever had questions or wanted to change my order to add more, or try creamers, it was so easy to contact them, and they were very fast responding and working with me with no stress. I love this coffee and will continue to order.

Fantastic product, even better customer service!
I've been a monthly subscriber to Everyday Dose Coffee for a couple of years now, and not only is their product fantastic, but their perks and customer service are outstanding. Anytime I've had a delivery issue, they are quick to resolve it. For example, I recently ordered an Everyday Dose hoodie with my rewards points, and had a couple of mishaps with delivery and sizing, but Marcelo made sure I received the right hoodie and made it as stress free as possible. Truly love this company and thankful for them always taking care of me.

Truly some of the best customer service I've received anywhere! Quick to respond, immediate remedy, and even went above and beyond to try and make sure the issue did not reoccur. Then gave me a little extra discount on top of everything! Gabe was particularly helpful. The product is great on its own, but this is what will make sure I never leave.

The best customer service and amazing product in one place!
I had an order that arrived damaged through no fault of the staff - the bag hadn't sealed correctly during the manufacturing process. I contacted and sent a picture via email to every-day-dose and received a response almost immediately from a live person. :) They saw the mess in the shipping package and sent out a replacement bag almost immediately.
I love my every day dose each morning, and never have any stomach issues that regular coffee gives me. No afternoon crash, and amazing taste.
I can pause my subscription if needed, and pick it right back up without any issues. There are rewards, gifts and points earned that can be redeemed for swag or discounts on my upcoming order.
Best company ever, customer service is outstanding, with responses all times of the day! I don't know of any other company that cares this much about their customers like they do at Every Day Dose!!

This company is simply amazing! The coffee itself is incredibly delicious, but beyond that, their customer service is impeccable! I have been a customer of many companies but this company is unmatched. Twice now I've had to contact customer service and both times they have been more than helpful, quick to respond, they are incredibly respectful. This past issue was regarding a mishap with redeeming rewards points. Most companies would not care since they don't even have to give reward points, but that was not the case with Everyday Dose. I emailed customer service and they immediately jumped in to help. Rose helped me first, and then Tiago completed my help ticket. They figured out the issue, they were pleasant to work with, easy to reach, and just so grateful to make the customer happy. If you've been considering placing an order, stop waiting!
