Proof it works
I've been taking Dose for about 6 months or so. I was considering stopping it due to the cost, but after having my liver functions checked this week I was amazed! The last time the results were in the mid 40's, now they are in the mid 20's! I will definitely keep taking it & highly recommend it. The taste is great also! Just wish they would lower the cost a bit.
My only complaint about this product is…
My only complaint about this product is that the serving size isn’t bigger. It is seriously so yummy it hasn’t been an issue making it a routine cause I look forward to drinking it first thing when I wake up.
I enjoy the fact that I have more energy
I enjoy the fact that I have more energy, less bloating and can jump start my liver health awareness before it becomes a problem. Both sides of my parents family has chronic health conditions so I wanna get a head start on preventing any illnesses that can develop with age. Thank you Dose for saving my life!
Horrible service
I placed an order for dose liver. They sent me an email on 8/7 stating that I had 3 days to make changes to my order before it ships. I submitted a cancellation on 8/9 and then placed a separate order for a different product. They then sent me both orders and refused to refund me. I had to cancel everything and dispute the charge with my bank.
I really love this product
I really love this product. I feel like I’m doing my body good when I take this I can’t keep it around though. My daughter loves it as well instead of buying her own she always comes and takes mine lol literally right off my front porch. I don’t know how she always knows when it’s gonna be delivered but she does but her and my granddaughter. I gave them a bottle and they love it as well.
I’ve been dealing with cancer for 21…
I’ve been dealing with cancer for 21 years. I went through some rough times with my disease about two years ago. I went through about 5 months of cancer treatments. The treatments left me very weak. I’ve been struggling to get back to somewhat of a normal life but it’s been tough. I started eliminating processed foods and eating more fruits and vegetables. I also eat meat. I’m not perfect with my diet but I’m pretty good. I still enjoy a good bourbon every so often. I found out about Dose from my sister in Florida. I figured why not try it. I’ve been on it now for a few months and my last labs were perfect, I feel pretty good. My energy is improving. 71 years young. Anyway thanks great product,
Just finished my first bottle
Just finished my first bottle. I can definitely tell the difference in the mornings, not groggy anymore. My Oura ring also shows improvement in my Readiness & Sleep scores. I decided to try DOSE for Liver as I had Hep C for about 10 yrs, cured in 2006, so I wanted to help the good part of my liver.
Yummy taste!
So far, everything has been smooth. Shipments arrived on time and the products taste great! I am using Dose for Liver and Dose for Cholesterol. I am going to have bloodwork done soon and hoping for good results.
Garbage
This product is medically illiterate snake oil, and everyone involved in marketing it should be embarrassed.
Your website says participants “reported a positive impact” on ALT, AST, and ALP. What the f does that even mean? A laboratory result is not a patient-reported outcome. Patients do not report their ALT. Blood is collected, and a laboratory measures it. ALT and AST are markers of cellular injury—not measures of “liver performance,” detoxification, or how much daily “support” a liver needs. ALP is not even liver-specific. This is extremely basic medicine.
The bloating claim is somehow even stupider. Your liver does not cause ordinary bloating. If liver disease causes significant abdominal distension, it is generally ascites from portal hypertension. That is advanced liver disease requiring actual medical care, not an overpriced turmeric shot. Slapping the word “liver” onto a nonspecific GI symptom does not create physiology.
Your “gold-standard” study evaluated healthy people using surrogate laboratory markers with no demonstrated clinical significance. It did not show that this prevents liver disease, treats liver disease, improves fibrosis, prevents decompensation, or produces any meaningful health outcome. Dose’s parent company funded the research and participated in the study design, data interpretation, manuscript preparation, and decision to publish. The lead author worked for Dose, and another author consulted for it. You funded your own study, helped write it, and then awarded yourselves the phrase “clinically proven.” Congratulations.
Most offensively, this alleged liver-support product contains concentrated, highly bioavailable turmeric. Turmeric is a recognized cause of drug-induced liver injury. NIH LiverTox documents cases progressing to acute liver failure, transplantation, and death. The US Drug-Induced Liver Injury Network reported 10 adjudicated turmeric-associated liver injuries: five hospitalizations and one death. Putting a documented cause of liver injury into a bottle labeled “liver support” would be funny if patients did not genuinely get sick from this garbage.
Healthy people do not need to “support” their livers with subscription juice. People with abnormal liver tests need a real evaluation to determine the cause. They do not need vague detox nonsense sold by a company that cannot distinguish liver enzymes from liver function or bloating from portal hypertension.
This is not medicine. It is expensive orange-flavored bullshit with a clinical-study costume. The only thing Dose reliably supports is Dose.
This is medical cosplay for people who…
This is medical cosplay for people who think “natural” means “incapable of causing organ failure.”
Dose sells an overpriced turmeric drink by inventing a problem—an inadequately “supported” liver—and then positioning itself as the solution. That is not hepatology. It is wellness-industry fan fiction.
Its website claims that participants “reported a positive impact” on ALT, AST, and ALP. That language is embarrassingly stupid. Patients cannot “report” changes in laboratory values. More importantly, aminotransferases are markers of injury, not a liver performance score, and ALP is not liver-specific. Moving normal laboratory values around in healthy subjects does not demonstrate improved liver function, prevent liver disease, or establish any meaningful health benefit.
The company also treats “occasional bloating” as evidence that its product supports the liver. Bloating is not a clinical manifestation of a liver begging for turmeric. Abdominal distension caused by liver disease generally means ascites from portal hypertension—a serious medical condition, not something corrected by a subscription juice box. This is basic physiology, apparently abandoned in favor of whatever wording sells the most bottles.
Dose repeatedly waves around a “gold-standard” trial while neglecting to emphasize that it studied healthy people, relied on surrogate laboratory endpoints, and demonstrated no improvement in liver disease or any clinically meaningful outcome. The company funded the research and participated in its design, data interpretation, manuscript preparation, and publication decision. The lead author worked for Dose, and another author consulted for it. Calling this “gold-standard” is like awarding yourself a trophy and citing the trophy as proof that you won.
The most grotesque part is the turmeric itself. NIH LiverTox recognizes turmeric as a cause of clinically apparent acute liver injury, including cases progressing to liver failure, transplantation, and death. The US Drug-Induced Liver Injury Network reported 10 adjudicated turmeric-associated cases; five required hospitalization and one patient died. Dose nevertheless markets a concentrated, enhanced-bioavailability turmeric product as “liver support.” Apparently the liver-support strategy includes exposing the liver to a documented cause of drug-induced liver injury.
A healthy liver does not need this product. An unhealthy liver needs diagnosis and evidence-based care, not a citrus-flavored proprietary blend and several pages of aggressively misinterpreted science.
This is not sophisticated preventive medicine. It is a bottle of expensive nonsense marketed by people hoping consumers cannot distinguish liver enzymes from liver function, bloating from portal hypertension, or a company-sponsored surrogate-endpoint study from proof of clinical benefit.
Save your money. Your liver has already survived enough without having to survive Dose.
The best I ever had
Dose is selling product they do not…
Dose is selling product they do not have readily available to ship. Google to confirm they have stock issues with the supplier. In fact our last order had to be cancelled as this was a repeating subscription service. Our live specialist states the product is nothing more than an overpriced breakfast drink scam. If you want results Rezdiffra is the only & best option... Liver MD on Amazon next best option and much less expensive than DOSE.
The cholesterol & liver products are so helpful
The cholesterol & liver products have become a daily routine. Delicious & effective.
Not a single care about patient safety
Dose’s business practices have zero alignment with patient safety. I emailed them 20 minutes after ordering to cancel because I discovered a severe allergy to one of their ingredients. They ignored my email until the next day and refused to refund me twice, claiming it had already shipped. Refusing a refund when a customer flags a genuine health risk is a total sham. Dose cares about profit, not people. Don't buy their garbage.
I am 60 yrs old and wanting to get off…

I absolutely love Dose
I absolutely love Dose. It tastes like orange juice. I haven’t had any blood work, but I will soon. The liver filters almost everything, so we need to keep it healthy!
