Went to Qfix in Armsgh with new tablet that had suddenly died. The gentleman was more than helpful. The tablet had been hacked. He sorted out the problem and set the tablet up again in order to make it secure and more easily managed for a very elderly client of 91 years ad she is delighted with the service.

Victor was called after another technician failed to fix the issue, Victor was immediately able to determine the issue and resolve it. He was reliable and on time for visits and completed the job. He has a professional manner and I would call him again for any issue in the future.

All of a sudden our icemaker stopped working. I called KitchenAid service and was quoted some outrageous service fee. I then found Qfix appliance and within two hours the owner of the company showed up, diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and two days later came back to install a new icemaker. There are no adequate words to say how professional Victor is and how reasonable the costs are. I highly recommend that people consider this company when in need of repair of any appliance. You will not be disappointed.

Victor accommodated my appointment in a timely manner. He was pleasant, efficient and professional. The replacement cold water pump for my LG washing machine was leaking and needed replacement. Victor secured an authentic LG part in 3 days and had the part replaced in 4 days. Amazing!
