Customer service that goes the extra mile I was contacted by the owner to resolve my issue

The owner of the company gave me a personal call to go over the situation and what he was going to do
Seriously what company would do that anymore Everything has been outsourced so you are talking to India where English is their second language
I am beyond impressed with Absolute’s business model. I ran a business for years and don’t think I did that except on rare occasions for a big customers
