This is the first year I have had to…
This is the first year I have had to pay an extra $14 for the benefit of your insurance - which by the way, I have never had to use. It disgusts me that companies like yourself sprinkle on so many extra fees. $7 extra on your website for some "Processing Fee" and then when I am redirected to the payment website... guess what... another $7 for the pleasure of being able to pay! I used to think technology and automation would make things easier and cheaper! Now of course I realize it is just another way to gouge the customer. Liz Absher
