It's unbelievable that you, as part of Amazon, can't manage to have a functioning payment service. Back to square one even when the payment method has been verified (debit card). time after time after time... Absolutely unbelievable...

Nothing decent is included, everything good is extra, even if you have full subscription.

The technical level is a joke 2025. As a premium I can’t watch on my TV but mobile is ok, this in a middle of a movie. Will cancel for sure. Also the password management must have been setup by someone’s cousin with ambition but no skills.

I discovered they had charged me for months although the app always said I had no subscription when trying to use it. Customer service worst ever. Don’t ever subscribe.

Had a free trial month, I canceled after 4days but they still charged me.
Verrrry complicated to cancel as well, the site will basically force you to quit trying to cancel..

Sure the player is not the best or the worst, but overall the service and selection are ok for the price, especially as Prime gives free shipping benefits on Amazon, I have only one, but a HUGE complain!

I said no to all cookies, etc., but they are rather busted as I created an email that I ONLY used for Prime, and I started getting tons of spam emails on that same email!! I get many every day.
That's a new low AMAZON!!!
Don't you make enough money on your primary business amazon?
If the excuse is that the shops at Amazon, have access to the email, then WHY do they have that?
they dont need it to contact me for any orders!

Been paying for Prime for a while and truth, most months I dont use the service to justify its cost however, every now and then when i buy something from Amazon, i break even on the saving from free delivery.

Now that they have started adding adverts into Prime video, which can be removed for an extra charge i feel that this is no longer the case.

For a company with a strangle hold, close to monopoly of the market, to squeeze more profit from Prime video, a service that it already underwhelming, is just greed and i cant justify keeping Prime

To help canadians Amazon has put ad free content behind a paywall. So on top of the membership firestick fire tv, channels you need to pay so its not just like CABLE TV.
I used to like Prime well at least as an alternative to other platforms. I overlooked a lot of the low grade content. I solved it with the channels. I liked how it was attached to your prime membership and had no ads. It never once crossed my mind Amazon would move to extort its members with Pay to go ad free.
Are you kidding me they just raised the prime membership in Canada they killed amazon music putting anything worth listening to behind a paywall, they stopped 2 day delivery in many parts of canada. all these things they have taken while increasing pricing Disgusting display of greed.
save your loyalty to a brand and get a walmart and disney plus membership. Prices are often cheaper anyway. Amazon are greedy ingrates, the government is taking all your money through taxes so amazon decides hey lets rip them off too. blinking extortion

THE WORST impossible end prime video unless you contact the support and then they just cut you off right away DESPITE you specificly ask them to end it automaicly when the membership expires has happent several times and now they changed it so you can not end it yourself this is a true hassle DONT sign up is worst ever to get out of again

- Video - Very dark all movies No way to adjust the brightness.

- Cannot change video player.

Netfilx or Apple is better than this crap.

Trying to get help with an issue about the picture being to dark to watch what a joke, and I would rather cut my whole garden with a pair of chop sticks, they just want you to try logging out one way or another just so when you come back to the live chat it's someone else's problem, I would get more help if I was to watch paint dry, it's all good until you need help.

i have been trying to sort out a new account with these jokers for 7 days now they said they will call me back 2 times and have not and 7 days later and loads of phone calls still no primevideo this company is one of the worst i have had the pleasure to deal with and i did not want to give them one star

This is regarding the rugby going over to prime video,
I am trying to watch this live,I think I now need glasses,
It is poor quality picture keeps going out of focus then comes back, looks like it’s raining when it isn’t,
Prime video needs to improve on this, not happy trying to watch this bad quality filming,

Good content selection, especially considering paying £0 :-)

We’ve been subscribers since before COVID19. We initially put Up with their constant messaging “something went wrong try later”, and we’ve checked 9 out of 10 times it’s them. Well, that’s a shocker! Eventually they should fix that - you would think. All in all, it gets 3 stars for content and ZERO stars for reliability, and a half star for pricing, overall score 1.5 stars. Please keep trying we need more competitors in this space.

Just had a very enjoyable boxing day watching various live premiership football matches, good presenters and pundits.
We could do with more of this from Amazon.
