Terrible product
The pails are not indeed heavy duty, I’ve only had a few weeks and they are already rusting and ripped

Hello, Unfortunately our warranty does not cover any rusting issues but if they are ripped you can send us a picture to Support@petedge.com so we can provide this issue to the correct department this will be our issue with pails being rusty and ripped you do have 30 days from the day you received the items to return it back to us if you are able to provide us with the pictures we can send you a label to have it return to us to attach to any returns if we do not received any proof of the situation you will be responsible to paying the return shipping cost. we apologize about the inconvenience. Management
I’ve had managers that strictly treat there employees like they are under them and just overall made the experience working with them unlikable. But this is not case with my Manager Rachel Vincent, I absolutely respect and love working alongside her she makes me feel like I am allowed to make mistakes and she is really good at teaching me new techniques for grooming. She also makes work fun which in many cases I’ve never had a job that is fun! I absolutely love working with petsmart because it feels like a family.
