Excellent customer experience, great catalogue.
My only complaint is that their physical store doesn't open on Saturdays, but at least they have a very smooth and quick delivery if you order online.

Penworld is a very trustworthy site, with a rapid management of my orders. I've been buying for years and always enjoy the speed of delivery, the quality of their services and the little personal note in every order I placed. I also had the pleasure of visiting the real physical shop and I could have stayed there for days!!

Top notch...
A big shout out to Penworld for their customer support! I ordered 2 pens and one of them was not available in the exact color. I asked for another brand which was available. Although it was 5 euros more, Penworld sent them to me without charging extra or any kind of cost cutting from their side. Moreover the packaging was completely safe everything nicely gift wrapped, with candies and a thank you note. I ordered them to gift my nephew and neice for starting high school. I am sure they will love their new pens... Thanks!

Smooth Experience and a Great First TWSBI
I ordered a TWSBI Eco Indigo Blue Bronze fountain pen (fine nib) from penworld.be, and the overall experience was very straightforward.
The delivery was quick and hassle-free, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I didn’t need to contact customer service, which in itself says a lot about how smoothly the process went.
As for the pen, this is my first TWSBI, and I absolutely love it. It has completely replaced my ballpoint pen. The writing experience is smooth, reliable, and just enjoyable to use on a daily basis.
