Amazing customer experience for e-commerce. I bought a simple, inexpensive bottle of ink as a first time client. I received the package the next day before 16hs, well wrapped in a high quality little box, with a hand written thank you note, an invoice printed on high quality paper, and three little pieces of lemon candy. What a wonderful experience for such a simple purchase. This is how you gain new loyal customers. Thank you!
