Unconventional review here. Had a dreadful experience with Peli in Europe. Its unclear who is actually supplying the products when making a purchase - and for me it was Europe peli, not uk peli (despite the names being the same).
UK Peli ended up being incredibly helpful, and in the ended stepped in and sorted the issues, when really they had no obligation to do so. Credit to them, especially Gail.
Moral of the story - ensure you're shopping / being supplied by Peli UK.

Unbelievably great service
Unbelievably great service. My PeliCase handle got broken by baggage handlers at an airport so I contacted Peli UK. Sent them a couple of photos, copy of my receipt (11 years old) and three days later I have a replacement handle. I can't thank the Peli team enough.

5 Star Customer Service
Joanne Gill (Sales Co-ordinator) for Peli Products Ltd UK, went a step above customer service offering a 40discount on a case (1030) and inserts (Trekpak), I paid by a bank transfer directly to Peli Products Ltd bank account and gave me a Invoice alongisde.
Case is high quality, lightweight and excellent for commuting travels by Train, Bus or flying. Peli Products Ltd is the GOLD STANDARD for cases in the entertainment industry from supplying roadie cases to general crew to supplying cases for sound engineers, lighting techs and various other technicians within the industry.
The case is heavy duty meaning I can place my laptop inside, stand on the case and not have it damgaed in anyway.
I ordered the Trekpak for more customisation options, case comes with a Card Holder pre-installed allowing you to have the ability of placing a business card or any other form of card within it. (I've not yet tested this). The card holder can be moved to the top of the case or to the side.
I'm happy with not just Joanne Excellent customer service but the product itself I ordered:
- Small Case to put batteries, other small things inside
- Lid Organiser (was advised to buy Heavy Duty Velcro by Joanne)
