Unethical subscription payments without…
Unethical subscription payments without reminders or confirmations.
It’s a scam
It’s a scam! They also trade under Files Editor. As others have said, they steal your card details and fraudulently charged. When I disputed it with my bank, they told my bank it was for a subscription I hadn’t cancelled! Luckily, I called Amex and they sorted it for me and blocked the scammers.
Scammers.I paid1.5$ to use their tools…
Scammers.I paid1.5$ to use their tools which were not so good btw, four months later they charged me 239$. No warning to cancel my subscription or that thy will charge me. Plain and simple theft.
Do not use their services because files-editor are nothing but scammers..When I started complaining they decided to give me lifetime membership..thank you but, no, thank you..The only thing I want from them is a refund.
I got my refund 2 days ago.. Still don't trust them..I think I was the person they took the most from 238$..
Files-editor.com pdf-support.com don't trust them..
Do not use their website..They didn't give me the refund because they wanted to but because Mastercard forced them since they took a large sum of money without verification. I was lucky, but still..don't trust them!
SCAMMERS
SCAMMERS! I was suddenly charged for a four-month subscription I never asked for, simply because I used and paid for the service once.
Here's the reply to my refund request: “The renewal charge occurred because your account wasn't cancelled within the trial period. Consequently, your subscription automatically transitioned to our full membership plan. Please note that, as per our policy, we do not offer refunds for renewal charges.”
A typical scammer approach.
Also, nice scam move changing the name from pdfsupport.com to files-editor.com.

I was terribly horrified to see after having a pdf transferred to a word doc a huge charge $84.00 from pdf customer.com Miami. Gosh I don’t even recall that it was from Miami and that’s way on the other side of the world.
They are scammers!
I want to test their software. The trial is cheap. Surprisingly, they take this small money in two parts. They steal all the details of your credit card and I think 3 days later they start to take monthly fees. The deletion of that is impossible/hard. They are scammers.
I just paid for 1 time usage
I just paid for 1 time usage, and they charged me for monthly subscription
it's the same story
it's the same story: these people have a business model of stealing your money by leading you to believe that you're paying for a single service. then you're hit with a $50 charge. absolute scammers and crooks.
Fraudulent company sells a sub $2 product one-off, then charges you USD49 much later
Fraudulent company. I agreed to a charge of less than $2 one-off. They've later billed me USD$49. I had to search from my card statement, found this site, "cancelled" a subscription I never agreed to and am on the phone with my bank to report a fraudulent payment.
charged us $49.95 (twice) unauthorized!!.
we were charged $49.95 (twice!!) unauthorized, even thou, when we canceled using their website ( PDF-Support.com ). be aware!!
scam
scam! i got a 3 days subscription for very cheap and there wasn’t any information about the other charges after trial
Wish I could rate it lower
Wish I could rate it lower
Got signed up for a Monthly service I didn’t request, and it feels like Adobe is deliberately opaque on how to stop the unrequested service and reverse the charges.
Worse, I finally was able to reverse the charges from Dec, and just saw they were reinstated on my April bill.
This is absolute bs. See all the complaints on line. I see a class action suit in Adobes future
Total scam, stay away
May the people that run this company ROT IT HELL. Total and utter scam. I have reported them for fraud.
Dog To Face
Dog To Face, Charge my card without notification to email or anything else.
BE CAREFUL with these people, they will trick you!
Like all the other reviews we signed up for a single payment for a PDF transfer and ended up with funds being taken from our Amex account on a monthly basis. We have now cancelled on line - a process that is made difficult by PDFSupport by asking multiple questions in different formats to try to trick you into making on going payments! BEWARE of their tricks!!
Scam
Scam. Paid 1 dollar to alter a pdf then they charged my card 49 dollars days later.
They scam me $49.95 they pull the money…
They scam me $49.95 they pull the money out my bank account without me knowing are signing up for any plans and when I reach out to them they ignore my emails
Filthy scammers
Filthy scammers! bought one translation for 0,75, got a "subscription" for 49,95€/month! Without even realizing it! Mastercard slept, the Bank (Credit Agricole) slept, I paid 3-4 times before realizing the scam.
Also Google: is the hefty money pdfsupport.com is paying Google to put their link on top of search results a good reason to be accomplices of this scam?
