TERRIBLE billing.

Same as everyone. Hidden fees.
50 EUR PER MONTH FOR NOTHING.

Once I understood why my bank account was drying for no reason I tried to cancel as quickly as I could.

Bad customer experience.

Do not trust this website! I used their service for what was advertised as a simple 1-dollar trial. However, without my explicit consent, they used my payment details to enroll me in a hidden, high-cost subscription. To make matters worse, they processed the unauthorized fee as a 3-installment payment plan on my credit card.When I contacted my financial institution, they informed me that since the original installment plan was already approved, the future monthly charges could not be stopped. I was forced to cancel my credit card completely, pay for a replacement card, and accept the financial loss of the remaining installments just to prevent them from stealing more money from me.This website uses deceptive billing practices and dark patterns to trap users into unwanted recurring payments. Avoid putting your card details here at all costs. It is a complete scam!

Don't remember ever using the site and they tried to charge my debit card for $249. Super scammy. Luckily there was no money in my account and my overdraft protection is turned off. Disgusting.

PDFCustomer.com charged my card without clear authorization or proper notice. I did not knowingly agree to this payment, and I am requesting a full refund immediately.
This billing practice is misleading and unacceptable. The company should cancel any subscription or recurring charge linked to my card and refund the full amount.
I expect this issue to be resolved quickly.

FRAUD. Got my credit card details via a small transaction, months later charged me $330 more for nothing. Bank automatically identified and blocked transaction (so bad is their reputation) but I now have to get a new credit card and re-establish all payments attached to the card. Straight out theft.

I wish I can give them zero. They charged me $50 for the subscription which I did not authorize. The are a fraudulant company.

Hidden subscription, charged my credit card monthly for two months, stole NZ$170 from my bank account, what even worse is that I have never exposed any of my credit card details to them while they can access my credit card account!!!!! SCAM!!!SCAM!!!!!SCAM!!!!!!!

Scam!!!! Hidden subscription, taken €250 from my bank account after one time payment for one document!! Burn in hell!!!

I have agree one time service for under 5 AUD than they begin to auto charge over 70 AUD monthly. I even cancelled my bank card but they are still able to charge me.such an organised fraud. Awful and disgusting. Billing under another name and cannot find the actual name to reach the website to cancel the agreement that I have NEVER MADE. And it says pdf-customer.com Miami in the billing as company name.

Tried to take £250 for a 4month plan I had no idea about. Absolute scammers. Disgusting. So glad my bank declined it, would never have got it back.

Fully confirm all other reviews here - avoid pdfcustomer.com as it will cost you money and time.

Complete Fraud : for short period they asked for 1.45 € which i paid and later they refunded 1.45 € and charged 49.95 € without my concent.
Do not use this website.

SCAM!! I just used it for 1 day that should charge me about 1 EUR but ended up charging 49.95EUR!!!!!

If I can give negative stars I would. I did not agree to any subscription or registered to any service from pdfcustomer. I was charged 2750 Philippine pesos without my knowledge. This is a SCAM and a TRAP.

These people are fraudsters. Do not use them. They offer a PDF editing service for $1 for a week without subscription. I agreed to this and paid. They then charged me £46.45. They said this is because I took a free trial which converted to a subscription although I took no free trial. When I tried to cancel the subscription they correctly said I had no subscription and therefore can't cancel it!! Do not touch with a barge pole. This business should be closed down.

Would give them zero stars. Signed up for nothing but 2 day service with no authority to charge me for anything else yet they took money off my credit card without permission. Seems impossible to cancel or stop the ripoff so I reported them as fraud and my credit card company is going after the money. Stay well away.

They steal your money and then send you an auto response when you complain. It says something about how you’ve disputed with your bank, I have not, but it tells me that they are in the business of ripping people off so frequently that they need to include something about bank disputes in their outgoing responses. Clearly a bunch of crooks.

I explored this bunch of idiots. I am sure I did not sign up for anything but got charge $84.00. STAY AWAY from them. They are not good.

Selected one-time payment to merge 2 files, charged me 1 euro 45 cent (in separate payments of 70c and then 75c). Three days later attempted to take 49.95 euro from my card (which declined only due to a low balance). when I tried to cancel my subscription (which I never started in the first place), they tried to charge me again twice. Unsubscribing was also a complicated process. In the end I had to block them from my card and I will have to cancel my card.
