It works fine but I accidentally discovered they charged mij bank account monthly for € 50. It was a lot of work to cancell my subscription and they even offered me a new plan for € 5,99 a year!

You charged my credit card ..0006 of GREDIA BANK/ GREECE on 11/7/2026 with the amount of € 49,95. This action of yours is at first illegal since I have never given to you the data of my card and obviously you collected them following an illicit way.
At first I addressed consequently to Greek Cybercrime Prosecution.
You are requested to refund immediately the above sum of € 49,95 and to cancel this card and probably other cards of my own.

Absolute scumbags - took a payment for $1 to amend a one of PDF editor requirement then without me knowing or signing up to it have been taking $85 every month as a direct debit for the last 6 months. I have tried to cancel my subscription and have not had any success. These website is extremely misleading and not trustworthy, they should be investigated . Definitely do not Trust

Just a scam making use of the good image of others. Had to cancel my creditcard to stop.

Unable to cancel even you clicked the cancel button and you will realize it is grey. It didn't cancel and charged me for continuously three months. They played the tricks by reduced the price from higher to lower and let the minimum amount auto deducted when your account just have a small amount inside.

This company is a scam.They are taking money from my account every month in 4 different merchant names, no luck cancelling my subscription. These people are stealing money and need to be stopped by the authorities. They are based in the USA so why are the authorities not stopping them?????

Completely fraudulent. They've been charging my card randomly $249 - even after replacing my bank card. Shut this company down ASAP. DO NOT USE, EVER.

Scammers! Charged me 3000 pesos without my authorization

Absolute scam, they will sign you up and charge you different amounts every month. They took over 500 dollars from me and when I contacted support, they told me I need to cancel my subscription - the one I never bought. I emailed them to explain this and got no response. Genuinely thinking of contacting authorities because this is ridiculous. Until then I will just have to cancel my rent. Which a couple days before rent is due is just the cherry on top. F this site and everyone that has anything to do with it. Scam.

Wish I'd read this - classic scam/rip off. Free trial - then pay but you can't cancel within the first 24 hours - then when you do they "send" a code to verify except the code never arrives. Two debit payments later - AmEx useless/complicit in my opinion. I have blocked them finally.

**Avoid This Company – Repeated Unauthorized Charges**

My experience with this company has been absolutely appalling. I used their PDF editing service only once, paid for that single job, and cancelled the subscription well within the required period. Despite this, they charged me a monthly fee three separate times.

Google Wallet even warned me that someone was attempting to withdraw money and initially blocked the transaction. Nevertheless, the company continued trying to charge me repeatedly until a payment was eventually taken from a card that I do not even use for this type of transaction.

This pattern of repeated charges after cancellation appears extremely deceptive and raises serious concerns about the company’s billing practices. I consider this conduct completely unacceptable and deeply dishonest. Customers should not have to monitor their bank accounts constantly after cancelling a subscription.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company. Check your bank statements carefully, block further payments, and think twice before entering your card details on their website.

I never signed up for a trial and kept getting charged $49.95 that my bank automatically declined.

I cancelled the card they kept trying to charge and got a whole new card number.

Haven't used the new card on any subscriptions, trials etc and just got a charge from them again on my new card. Not sure how they got my card info.

I literally just activated it a few days ago.

Scummy company. Cancelled, was charged 24 then randomly charged 50, try to access their website to verify my cancellation and unable, doesn't even recognize my email. Investigation opened up with my bank. Immediate refund. Ya know what a pos company you are. Pretty sad. You should be upfront and not try to deceive others.
