The staff at the Malta airport store are very rude and abusive, avoid.

Love their jewellery and accessories and would happily shop in store, their online service is very disappointing with delivery times and customer service not up to standard. I won’t order online from PARFOIS again unfortunately.

I ordered a brown hat after previously buying the exact same hat in black. Both colours have the same product description and price, so naturally I expected the same hat, just in a different colour.

Unfortunately, the brown version is completely different. The material feels much cheaper and less sturdy, and even the fit is different. If the material and quality vary depending on the colour, this should be clearly stated in the product description. I find this very misleading.

Now I have the inconvenience of returning something I would never have ordered had the description been accurate. To make matters worse, after reading other customers’ reviews about Parfois’ customer service and people still waiting for their refunds, I’m actually hesitant to even return it.

I contacted Parfois about this and still haven’t received a response.

If only I had read the reviews about their customer service before ordering!

Size L pants are extremely small... I got them in size L because I wanted a really baggy fit, I usually wear size 38-40, 1 pair fit but not lose at all and the second pair did not go up my legs...

Ordered two bags in the sale. They took about 2 weeks but are fab quality for the price. Really happy

I wish I'd read the terrible reviews before ordering. Well at least I can also confirm that this company is awful. It's almost as if they are an online scam, the reviews and my experience has been so bad.
I ordered online and some of the items were the wrong ones. Some others were just too large. So I took them back to my local shop and the assistant there said it was possible to return in store but she didn't know how to do it. I asked when there would be someone there who could and she said she didn't know!!!! Shocking really. To be honest, the shop always seems disorganised.
So I had no choice but to return these items. So I sent them on June 20th, well within the return window. Then I heard nothing. When I checked with Mondial Relay, it had been delivered back to the company on 6th July. I received no refund. I sent an email to check but no reply. On 4th August, the entire package was returned to me. So now I have the wrong items back and 2 items that were too large. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Read the reviews. They are accurate. I am giving three stars because several of my previous experiences with the brand have been flawless. I have been a loyal customer and had started to really love the online store, which is why this latest experience was such a disappointment.
My latest order arrived in an unacceptable condition. All plastic packaging bags (four pairs of shoes in them) were dusty, dirty and torn with holes. The dirt transferred onto my hands immediately when I opened the parcel.
In addition, one of the leather boots and one of the wedges with metallic effect arrived visibly dirty and not in a condition where they could be properly cleaned.
The condition of the whole package was so poor that it honestly felt as if the entire order had been put together somewhere in a pile of soil rather than in a proper warehouse.

Worst assistance ever. Never received an answer to my emails. Still waiting for my refund. Do not buy from them ever.

i have bee buying from them for a good few years and as a uk customer i have had no issues. my only disappointment is with the sizing L is too small and the shoes that say uk 8 is really a uk7 this needs to be revised because they disappoint many uk customers. i had to return items due to too small feeling so disappointed. other than that i am so happy with their close or and quality on some of the items needs checking. but I'm happy i look forward the New in. please restock more sizes in L they run out too fast i just cant get anything these days

I almost didn’t buy from Parfois due to these reviews, but I found a discount code to use on its app. The sandals arrived to the UK in about a week, really nice quality and no issues

I ordered from this company after seeing a dress in Portugal which I did not have time to buy. I got 48 hours tracking but that was 19th June when the money left my account. I have like the others had a string of emails and now nothing at all.
Very disappointing. The trackers info is Royal Mail are still waiting for package. This message has been on for past 3 days. I have paid using paypal to taking it up with them. I have advised Parfois and also contacted Citizen advice consumers services. I would avise other to do so too.

Parfois does not return your money for received back return!!! Customer service doesn’t work at all. You simply fill form and that’s all no any response.
Don’t buy from them online!

They just are uncontactable and completely unhelpful if you do get through

They just simply do not deliver when they say they will. I am three days over the 6 business day window but noooo updates so far AND items missing already I have been told about ANNNNND customer service is absolutely shocking and non existent.

They will tell you to wait for a human both on calls and chatbot and NEVER COME OR END THE CHAT THEMSELVES AFTER YOU WAIT AGES. Absolutely infuriating.

Lovely clutch, the quality is fab, I could check the delivery of the parcel.

The item i ordered arrived in good time and was nicely packaged. Good quality item - a cardigan - which was exactly as seen in the picture. Despite reading bad reviews my experience of Parfois was good and I would buy from them again.

Delivery time indicated 2 - 5 days on the website. However, it always takes two weeks. I understand that the fashion is low priced, hence the mailing service not the best. But why not provide honest info so that everyone can decide whether it's worth the wait?

It's been weeks but couldn't get any update for my return. They asked me to wait first, now they can't even locate my parcel. scammers
