A solid experience so far
I was a bit sceptical towards the website at first, but the more I bought from it, the more positive I felt about it.
Positive:
- Original products, everything I bought from them was of high quality
- Most items have a very good price, especially if you buy a premium subscription, which I definitely recommend doing
- They provide a premium subscription for only 10 CHF per year, which gives you 10% extra discount on everything and free shipping. If you shop a lot, it's definitely worth it
What can be improved:
- Stock extension. I wouldn't say it's tiny, but I do find perfumes that I can't buy on the website (e.g. Monblanc Starwalker). So I wish I could have a bigger veriaty of products
- It sounds funny, but I constantly get wrong samples with the main product. I order one set of samples but get something completely random. It's not a big deal but still feels somewhat confusing. Variety of samples could also be improved
- Sample sets as a separate product. I like that Notino started selling sample sets as a separate category of products. I really like experimenting with new perfumes, but I'm not ready to invest several hundred francs just to understand that it's not my cup of tea. If I could buy a sample set, that would help me truly understand if I like the scent and eventually buy it on the website.
