My order for sun screen was delayed and could not arrive until AFTER my vacation. Terrible online service.

Package arrived on time, but 2 out of 3 products seemed to have been opened and used before arriving. Exepecially a face cleanser which is visibly partialy emptied and could already drop product right out of the box.

The offers, the products and the prices are great. Tracking of teh shipment is provided. the service is excelent, fast and reliable.

I love shopping at Notino. Good products, fast service, easy to access. Wonderful. Good customer service.

Bad experience with Notino. The first delivery arrived with a broken bottle. For the replacement/second delivery, I kindly asked whether it could arrive in 3 days instead of 4, especially because I had paid an extra 7.90 for priority delivery and Notino’s usual delivery time is normally 1–2 days.
The reason was simple: the 4th day was a bank holiday, followed immediately by the weekend, meaning the package would likely arrive after 7 days instead. Instead of trying to find a practical solution, customer care was unhelpful, defensive, and not solution-oriented at all.
Their response was basically that because they operate in many countries, they do not take responsibility for such situations, and that it is the customer’s duty to check dates and bank holidays. That is a very poor attitude, especially after a damaged first delivery and an additional fee for priority shipping.
Overall, I am very disappointed. Bad delivery experience, bad customer care, and no real willingness to help. I would not recommend Notino.

I ordered a perfume some days ago and at the beginning there were some issues: the payment didn't go well, the order wasn't totally cancelled and other stuff. Luckly, the customer service was amazing, because I received my money back and all the problems were resolved in a few days with the help of Ella. She was kind and helpful. The fragrance had a good packaging to prevent damage and the product is wonderful.

I loved ordering from Notino...but I will not anymore. It said if you spend over 40.- CHF from Sol de Janiero you get a small body cream to choose from. I really believed I picked one and did not receive one. I wrote an email stating what happened that they forgot to send it to me. To my surprise they said I didn't click on it and they will NOT still send it to me. I usually have orders over 125.- CHF. Customer service is apparently not important to them. So...goodbye Notino!

I did a big order and a product was missing. I reclaimed but said it is not possible to get the product replaced. Package look unpacked during transport, they clearly forgot this product! No recplace of the product or refund. First and last order!

Great experience with Notino.ch. I ordered some expensive perfumes which unfortunately got lost even though Post office was claiming they had the parcel delivered. Thanks

Not recommended! I never received my order, and their customer service is completely useless. No help, no replacement, no compensation – just “it was delivered” (yeah, not to me!). They take your money and do nothing.

There is a big variety of products with very good prices.

The box arrived sealed and undamaged, but one expensive product was missing (Chanel Ombre Première Laque).

I contacted customer service, sent photos, and explained the issue. They reviewed camera footage and told me they packed it, so they won’t refund me.

This is the second (!!!) time in a row that a product was missing in my Notino order. I feel extremely disappointed and won’t order from them again.
I have used Notino for years, but now I feel like I’ve been robbed. No solution, no support, just denial. Very unprofessional.

I am a long term customer and it turns out Notino is selling fake perfumes!
