The service was nice, but they were overworked and the pizza was burnt...it's been better.

Good food, good drinks. Fast delivery of food. Then the service slowed to a halt. Had to wait 20 minutes to order and then another 20 to get some drinks. Unacceptable

The servers were sooo nice and fun and the pizza was amazing!! Highly recommend if your in Berlin

in general a nice place, i have a favourite Pizza there which i am sharing.

My experience with Losteria was disappointing. The food was mediocre, and the service felt slow and inattentive. I wouldn’t go out of my way to return.

I wanted to pass on our thanks, we had a wonderful night at your restaurant last night. The staff were very accommodating and very helpful to us, and the food was excellent! Please pass on our thanks to all who looked after us last night – they were awesome!
We were a party of 18 and had some last minute changes to numbers and menu choices, everything was accommodated without any issues.
Highly recommend.

Had a scrummy pizza here in the Southampton Losteria early today, but my enjoyable experience got RUINED when it came to dessert. I ordered what I expected to be some lovely fresh strawberries with a side of cream, but rather the cream was the whole meal itself. This is a ridiculous amount of cream I mean really an entire sundae glass full to the brim with about 4 whole strawberries buried in the bottom?!? The Italians would be dissapointed.

There was pretty Big Pizzas for no Money

All the food was pretty hard we waited around 10 minuts to pay the I do not like the food and the the it’s bad service and the waiters just walk away when we tried to pay

Really nice pizza good service , staff. Friendly spoilt by £5.50! For one scoop of ice cream did mention it and it got taken off the bill but still not good for that price for one scoop of ice cream

We have visited L'Osteria twice in the past year. Both times there has been an awful atmosphere with the staff. The first time there was a staff meeting in the dining area which was very clearly negative. Staff were being told off and some were crying. There seemed to be some kind of confrontation which should have been in private. This is as we were eating our lunch. The second time we visited we were met with hostility from staff. They also all seemed hostile with eachother. We witnessed multiple moments of staff snapping at eachother, rolling eyes behind eachothers backs and even completely ignoring eachother. It felt like we were having dinner in a very argumentative and tense environment. Imagine going to a dinner party where your two hosts are arguing with eachother. Very uncomfortable. We were also treated very poorly. Slow service when the resturatant was only a quarter full. No friendliness or smiles from staff. No goodbye as we left. The whole staffing team seemed angry, fed up, disorganised and uninterested. We were willing to give the benefit of the doubt after the first visit but after the second we will not be visiting again. We have advised friends and family do the same. Food was mediocre and nothing special. Pizza was under baked and soggy. Plenty of better places to eat.
