We were most fortunate to have been helped through the loan process by Lauren Domzalski. She was knowledgeable, thorough and professional! In addition, she was patient during a long wait as we dealt with unavoidable family loss. Megan Watts was likewise efficient. We highly recommend the Longbridge team!

My experience was that the loan officer will tell you whatever you want to hear. I found the employees to be rude and/or dishonest. I am now getting bills for a loan that never closed. Avoid this company.

Eric Hurt guided me thru the process of a reverse mortgage. Without his knowledge and shall I say
patience I finished everything on my end. When I felt
completely overwhelmed Eric would talk to me in his quiet voice and guide me thru all the forms, looking over when I made a mistake and made it right. I can never thank him enough for helping me get thru this tough time in my life. My only regret is that I wished I had picked up the phone earlier and called Longbridge and spoken to Eric. He also educated me on all the different aspects of a reverse mortgage and the benefits it would offer me. He constantly kept me updated on timelines as things kept moving forward. I received notice after notice about reverse mortgages. I just threw them in to the trash until one day last October I received one and decided to at least look it up. I really needed to find out what is a reverse mortgage all about. I looked up a couple of the companies that do them. The first company I contacted I just thought that there was a lot of nonsense. The next company I called was Longbridge Financial. I talked with (I think his name was Mike) the rep about the deal. He suggested that I talk to a loan consultant. Her name was Dina Naughton. I was impressed (very impressed) with her explanation of everything I needed to know before I made the decision to proceed. I am very glad that I chose to sign up with Lonbridge. Dina explained everything clearly and simply so that even I understood it. Dina clearly was the right person to talk to if you are unsure about the process and end result. It took a couple of months for the whole process to get done but Dina was there all the way. She explained everything as we went along and was dead on when it came time to sign on the bottom line.
If you are interested on a reverse mortgage then call Longbridge Financial and ask to speak to Dina Naughton. You will be glad you did.
