I had the pleasure of working with John Young and Jeanmarie Bostick. They are both very knowledgeable and professional. Working together, we were able to reach my goals.

After some hurdles at the beginning of my application, I stopped perusing the loan. After a couple of weeks your Paramus Senior Loan Originator, Mr. John Young, saw my application and got in touch with me encouraging me to continue with it because he was positive that the hurdles could be overcome, which I believe could be with his knowledge and positive disposition. Thanks to his knowledge, patience, hard work and encouragement we went ahead and reached a happy ending, my loan was approved.

These people are predators. They take advantage of people that can least afford it and make you incur expenses that can't be paid. Steer clear of them.

What made our experience great was the patience and directions given to us by our Agent Lesley Citrarella from the start. We were looking to reduce our expenses. She helped us through all the steps. We were extremely pleased with her attention and service. It was our first home loan in 20 years. The Reverse Mortgage package worked out great.

Both Paloma Remington and Alyssa D'Auria were extraordinary in terms of addressing my issues which in some cases were unique. They constantly kept me informed and I felt they had my best interest in every conversation. I would strongly recommend this team to anyone !

My husband and I helped out 87 year old aunt with her reverse mortgage in order for her to be able to stay at her house. We feel so lucky to get Paloma Remington as our loan officer. She was so clear with everything and communicated with us throughout the whole process. Paloma and the loan processor (Alyssa D A’auiria) worked their magic and got us to closing and funded within about 6 weeks.

Paloma answered all our questions and she is very knowleadgable. She is always available through phone calls or email, and she even gave us her personal cell to make sure she is always available for us.

We could not be happier with Paloma and Alyssa. They really went above and beyond for us. We didn’t think it would be possible to get the whole thing done in the short period of time considering we were against time. But again, they made it possible for us.

I’m writing this review to state how pleased I was with obtaining my Reverse Mortgage with Longbridge Financial and the pleasant experience I had working with the Loan Officers Dina Naughton and Christine Hubbard. What I thought would be a long drawn out process was completed within weeks Dina and Christine were always prompt and responsive throughout the process and were always available to answer any questions or concerns I may have had during the mortgage process. I would recommend anyone considering a reverse mortgage to consider Longbridge Financial.

Recently helped my mother to secure a reverse mortgage through Longbridge. came down to Longbridge or Mutual of Omaha. Went with Longbridge because of the loan officer, Paloma Remington. Paloma was great to my mother. She was friendly and personable. Made her feel comfortable and never pushed. She was also super knowledgeable and professional. Just knew her stuff 110%. She also kept us in the loop the whole time. Told us what was happening and what to expect next. It made a huge difference. My mother is in her 80s and there was a lot she didnt know. But Paloma was super patient. She carefully guided my mother through the process, translating everything into terms that made sense to my mother. It was just a super pleasant experience.

From start to the surprisingly quick finish, working with Longbridge on my Senior HELOC was the best loan experience I have ever had. Ryan Krolick, my loan officer was friendly, supportive and incredibly helpful every step of the way. The application was straight forward, the paperwork was minimal and when I needed help with it, Ryan was available to walk me through the process. The website is also very, very good and helpful.

My contact Shannon Woods was excellent always there when I needed help and the process was easy to understand.

Troy provided courteous and timely service throughout this process. He explained each step and ensured smooth progress from start to finish.

John Young and his processor, Ivette Harvey, did a very thorough job putting my HECM LOAN closing together in a "timely fashion." John was/is always available when an issue or question came up. I thought he demonstrated excellent communication skills, and didn't leave me hanging. So far, I am very happy with Longbridge's services.

My personal loan adviser, Melissa Tofighi, was terrific! This loan had lots of twists and turns and she successfully handled all of them to my satisfaction. She was always keen to my concerns and handled all of them with a smile. Very professional!
Jeanmarie Bostick, in the underwriting department, was also very professional and easy to work with, often gently making me understand the quirks of the process and the legal requirements. Nice work, ladies!
