I do not recommend ordering chair covers from this company.
I ordered chair covers from this company 3 times. The first two orders were in 2025, some of the items were damaged or unfinished. I fixed them myself and never bothered to make a claim. My last recent purchase in June 2026, I reported the damaged items immediately after they were received. I followed up with pictures after I used them for an event where more damages were discovered and received an unfavorable response from the company, which in my opinion is bad customer service. Among my orders, I have chair covers with holes in them and one that was unfinished. The response I received is not only disappointing, it is downright shameful. I could post many picturs, but I will just do one and ask the question: Does this looks like something I am making up, when a chair cover does not even possess the loop to put the foot of the chair in.

Because we cannot determine if the damage was present upon arrival or caused during handling while being placed on the chairs, we are unable to proceed with a claim for these specific items as outlined in our policies, claims for damages must be submitted within 15 days from the delivery date. I needed tablecloths for a gem and mineral show. They were more than I expected. Perfect for the show. I hadn't noticed that they had a Velcro section to access under the table till I started putting them on tables. Crumbs were also easy to brush off.
