Bought first vacuum and adaptor cable split on 2nd week. Contacted customer service who promised replacement charger. This was 3 months ago. They then said no adaptors so they would send replacment vacuum. Still nothing and i have contacted them on many occasions. They do not uphold warranty clause and are shocking to deal with. Never again.

Do not buy from this company total scam and the things they sell are crap stay away

Terrible in every way. Faulty robot vacuum; emails went round and round in circles for many months. They are scammers. AVOID!

Well the reviews here say it all don't they - they sell you garbage, then won't accept returns - serves myself right i should have read these before I purchased

I bought a robotic hoover from them and it only worked for 3 to 4 months, then the batteries failed. I contacted customer service and was refused a replacement. I would not rate this product overall as it requires alot of attention to keep it working.

The company ignores you until you go away.

Ordered a vacuum from them and a specific model. They sent me a different model which was broken and damaged and they ignored all communications sent to them via, email, online chat and through the sellers page.

They don't care about you as a customer they just want your money. Bad customer service is one thing but no customer service is just unacceptable.

Feels like these companies should be regulated in the uk as they all breach consumer rights.

Cant believe the bad reviews here. £130-200 Vacuum for £55-65 ! Heavy, well made, tons of features LIDAR, return to base to charge, powerful suction 1.5 hours run time APP controlled , full room mapping, area denial/geofencing , easy to use app .. 6* If I could. I've bought 2 for my restaurant, 1 upstairs 1 down.. Amazing for the price and worth easily £200 ! Don't worry just buy , you'll lobve it . I buy tonnes of Sh*t from Temu/Aliexpress. This was a punt and I'm so glad I bought it, saves me easily £400 on more expensive units.

I bought the cf-x2101a a few yrs ago reached out when it gave me an error message and stopped working NO RESPONSE! NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT! NOTHING. at the time the item was over 250.00 for me to only use it less than 4xs. Now....after yrs of sitting in guess it reset? But the roller doesn't spin so the vacuum doesn't do its job it just holds water in the chamber. what i thought was a GREAT BUY turned out to be the WORST PURCHASE EVER! WHO HAS $ LIKE THAT TO WASTE? NOT ME BUT I GUESS I DO

I purchased the lubluelu 202. And the motor head stop working after 8 months. The brush coupler got fused to the housing. I seen so many negative reviews regarding purchase from their eBay store that I was quite surprised when they send me the replacement head. If anyone is experiencing issues with their product just reach out to the manufacturer, you never know. I didn’t give them five star because they are very likely under staffed and their response too some time.

Avoid buying anything from this company as yhe items go wrong within a month having it issue after issue also when they say they will refund you they lie

Do not touch this company with a barge pole. I ordered a vacuum/mop but received plastic trolly . The company would not return any of my emails until klarna got involved . No customer service if your tempted to buy off them always pay by klarna or paypal

After less than 1 year the L7 cordless vacuum unit began to run for 10-15 seconds and then I get the error message. I contacted CS and they made me send pics and video and said I'd be contacted by the support team. Crickets since despite several reminders. Crap product (in terms of reliability) and even worse (non) service. Go elsewhere.

I brought a lubluelu robot vacuum s1000 from Ebay only had it 2 months and its gone wrong its not communicating and keeps blowing fuses when contacting the lubluelu customer service they are not very helpful saying that there technically team are on hoilday and they will get back to you then they tell you they can't find any faults on there syterm so basically you are talking to a brick wall as they are not helpful then they write back in a different language so best to avoid this company as this is about the 6 one of the lubluelu ive had now and they have all gone wrong and to try and get your money back its a fighting battle

Bought a robot vacuum from them on their AliExpress store. Stopped working after a few weeks, contacting them they tried a few trouble shooting steps, which took a while then promised to send it a battery. Which never came, and they blanked follow up emails. Going back to AliExpress, their protection window has closed. Avoid this company.

Unbelievably poor customer service. I have been trying to sort out a replacement for my robot vacuum that started having faults in June 2025 - I have only just received a reply in January 2026 and they are being incredibly unhelpful. They have offered me a replacement, but after approving and sending them my address for the delivery, I was instructed to contact their eBay channel because that was where I originally bought the item. Only problem is, their eBay channel doesn't accept messages! I just want my replacement! I have contacted their Service@ email, their Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter and no one is willing to help.

PS. the app for this company's devices also sucks

The robot vacuum stopped connecting after a year. I contacted support, and they replied a couple of times with bizarre questions (had nothing to do with my problem), then they just refused to communicate.

Edit: I may have spoken too soon. Lubluelu just contacted me and says they will be sending a replacement. I will update this when they do!
Update: While it did take a few weeks for response and action, Lubluelu did indeed send me a replacement vacuum. Many thanks for that!

I bought two robot vacs from this company, one had an automatic dust collector. Initially they worked well but then one kept failing to doc and stopped working. Customer service seems fine initially but as soon as it’s obvious they may have to replace something, communications stop. They simply refuse to honour the warranty. Moreover, if you go to their official website, you will only see glowing reports - turns out that they don’t publish feedback below 3 stars!

In summary, this company is the worst I’ve ever dealt with and are bordering on being fraudulent.

Love the "Lubluelu L20 Max" robot vacuum cleaner and really good with very long dog hairs and cleaning (brushes might need unhairing after two or three big clearing sessions).
The only issue I have is that there is incomplete information they have on their website with regards to the correct spares/parts for the L20 Max (not same for L20 or L20 Ultra) such as brush roller, side brushes, filters and mops.
After several message queries via their website and Aliexpress over a number of weeks, they eventually confirmed that the parts below were compatible:

All part above fitted OK for a "L20 Max" (Compatible For Lubluelu SG60 SL60 SL60D SL61 / Tikom L9000 / L8000 Parts Main Side Brush Hepa Filter Mop Cloth Accessories)

I am still researching the correct parts for the Dust Bag (already purchased the wrong bag "Lubluelu SL60D/ SL60 Plus/SG60/SL61" is not correct) and will update this review with my finding (should really be on supplier website/aliexpress).

I strongly advised Lubluelu if they are reading the review to please update your information on your website so we can purchase the correct accessories.
