I purchased the 14K Solid Gold Elegant Opal Cluster Flat Back Stud and love the design! The opal and CZ combination is delicate but still has a nice sparkle to it, and the gold quality feels genuinely solid, not plated. I had an issue with the post length being a bit too long for my piercing, and their customer service team was incredibly responsive and helpful in getting me a replacement post sorted out quickly. Really appreciate the smooth, hassle-free service - will definitely be shopping here again!

These earrings are horrible they are almost impossible to put in on your own- the screw is microscopic and you need someone to help put your earrings in without losing the small diamond pieces- and mine fell out right after I received them and put them in. And of course there’s no way to get new ones. SMH don’t fall for it like I did!!

Very poor customer service experience. I ordered two items and just a few minutes after ordering I realised that I forgot to add another item. I did not want to place a new order for it as the shipping costs to Europe are quite high and you also get an extra discount if you buy three items. On their website it states that if you want to make changes to an existing order or add an item, you should contact customer service immediately. And that’s what I did. I contacted them a few minutes after placing the order. 2(!) days later I get a response to say that my order has already shipped and that no changes can be made to the order. They didnt even apologise for responding so late or at least offer to waive the shipping costs for the other item. Completely misleading information and wouldn’t order again!

To be transparent with you, the delay in our reply was due to the way our customer service system prioritises emails: we respond to the oldest unresolved tickets first. When you sent additional follow-up emails, your thread was automatically pushed to the top as a "new" activity, which unfortunately moved it to the back of the queue each time. As a result, we didn't get to your case as quickly as we should have. We sincerely apologise for this oversight and are already reviewing our workflow to prevent this from happening again.
We also want to explain that our warehouse ships in-stock orders immediately upon placement in order to get every customer's package to them as quickly as possible. In your case, because your order was processed and shipped promptly, we were unfortunately unable to make changes or combine items after the fact.
That said, we hear your concerns, and we'd like to make things right for you.
We are reaching out to you directly to confirm this arrangement, and we truly hope this resolution shows you that we value you as a customer. We are taking your feedback seriously and will work to improve our response time going forward.

I purchased 6 ear piercings, five of them with flat backs, and one hoop. I’m very happy with my order. The flat-back style is extremely comfortable for everyday wear, and the quality of the jewelry is excellent. The stones are beautiful and very sparkly, and the pieces look like genuine, high-quality 14K gold.
I did have an issue with 3 of the piercings because the post size wasn't quite right for me, but customer service was amazing. They were kind, responsive, and resolved my issue quickly and professionally.
Shipping took about a week, which was reasonable, and so far, the jewelry has been very durable. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with both the products and the customer service, and I would definitely purchase from them again.
