Beautiful jewllery, had to exchange some rings for a bigger size and the process was seamless and quick!

I placed an order on 10/27/26. Received an email that my items have shipped but tracking has not moved at all. I have now had multiple outreaches with customer service. I have been told this morning, 11/5/26, that my items in fact haven’t shipped because an item is on backorder. I requested to cancel the order and they say I can’t cancel because the order has shipped. A trusted company would not do this. I have no faith in this company at this point.

Beautiful jewerly options, always have great promotion year around. Good customer service. However, return items could be challenging. You must be sure what you buy.

I was so pleased when my order arrived. It was packaged professionally and beautifully in a sturdy recyclable box and each piece was carefully protected in its own individual drawstring cotton mini baggie. I was immediately impressed with the care and thoughtfulness given to the presentation and protection of each piece of jewellery.

I have placed 3 separate orders and each order arrived in a timely manner and all pieces were accounted for.

The jewellery looks exactly like the pictures and description provided. The jewellery is beautiful. I received many compliments when wearing my different pieces.

This season I am looking forward to doing my Christmas shopping for friends and family. I know they will love their gifts!

This is my second order from them, and I have enjoyed their necklaces. The website is simple to navigate, and completing the cart checkout is equally seamless. My son broke the chain, so I am restocking and eager for delivery.

Beautiful jewellery.

I needed a bunch of new basic earrings and had my eye on a ring. Ended up purchasing during their buy 3 get 3 free sale and got 5 pairs of earrings and a ring for less than $300. Had trouble with the ring sizing but I think that is always gonna happen when you’re buying online. But the returns/exchange policy is incredible and customer service was amazing. Already have my eye on a few other pieces that I want to get! So far the jewellery is still in perfect condition and I haven’t had any issues with skin greening.

I love the look of the Atolea jewelry. I really love the fact that it is waterproof and you can wear in the pool & the shower, etc. I have ordered on two different occasions and I know I will order more in the future!

I was really excited to receive my necklace, the tennis choker in gold….. I love the look, but, it is ripping my hair out constantly, so
I cant wear it, unless you wear your hair up, but still rips out the lil hairs on your neck. Disappointing

Love all the Otolea jewellery. I have six of their necklaces now and wear them all the time when on holiday. They never tarnish and there are always some great offers on. Would definitely recommend!

My experience with Atolea jewellery started really well - my order arrived, I was happy with the pieces, and when one of the rings broke after a month, customer service replied promptly, offering a replacement or store credit. I opted for store credit as they had an offer on for 'buy 2 get 2 free' and thought this would be useful alongside my code. Turns out, I wasnt able to do this due to me not being able to use 2 codes at once - their apparent policy - this wasnt made aware at the point of choosing store credit and I was essentially being punished for being a customer. I contacted them again consistently and have been consistently ignored, given generic responses, and again ignored. It's really disappointing to see such a contrast between the initial service and then how a genuine customer complaint is handled when things dont go their way/ aren't straight forward. Ive slammed them with customer consumer rights act 2015 - showing how it is illegal to punish a customer like this, and still nothing, based on this experience I would not recommend them to anyone. Severely disappointing
