Fast delivered to another country and good prices.

they sent me an used mouse, the description was "open, but new".
then I tried o get a discount but they literally made fun of me.

Edit: after few bad comunications, i solved via paypal with a partial refund, bad comunications but the shop did right at the end

Purchased 2 "new" Wii Remote Wireless charger from this store via Ebay in Jun 2017

I was traveling at the time and was not able to inspect the contents until recently (Dec 2017) only to find that they are anything but new and one of them even has a sticker underneath labeled "DEF" which can only mean "Defeckt"

I figured I would try and use them anyway and of course they have been used, the parts which are supposed to be white are now a yellowish color and the batteries which when new should work 4 hours+ only work for 20 mins?

Contacted the store, obviously regretful that I was well passed the Ebay buyer protection period and the Paypal resolution period. They said straight up 'No refund' and written in a tone akin to 'get lost'

I've had some pretty bad customer services in multiple countries but this was my first in Germany.

What they sent out was anything but new and under law technically they would lose for false advertising...

Just Buyer beware, check your purchase's from this store very carefully, if it says "New" and has even the slightest sign of being opened send it back because it's probably been used...

Since l was disappointed with the quality of my purchase, l returned it the same day....now almost 2 months and several e-mails later, l don´t hear from them - and I've definitely never seen any "money back". Despite the e-bay motto!
